"She'll be back soon. She probably went to get some air and have time to think." Seyeong, think hard. Remember the last time this happened? Yerin walked into a river.
Grandma, if you want the work done then stop whining about what she's wearing. There's nothing wrong with it today. Besides, that's MY job. Butt out. (Which is sort of what she's wearing, isn't it, ha ha ha.)
Well that's an interesting admission from Mrs. Kim--she doesn't want her daughter marrying anyone with a "painful past" because it would prevent their happiness. Why does she think that? Would be revealing if she'd explain herself.
Seyeong looks so much like Jeonghyo's mom? I don't see it.
Where's Waldo? Found him, in Jinsandang Bakery. Good heavens, all he's missing is the cap. Uh-oh, this smells like her trying to change him...And now she's trying to overhaul the bakery? Baker Dad standing there stunned--actually surprised. "You want me to change everything for you?" Well what did you think was going to happen? You poor dumb bastard.
I like the head-scratch, kid--very good acting...and then improvising the go-away-and-don't-live-here stuff, very funny. Don't cry, kid, that was a stroke of genius! A good try. Grandma: "You're not well-mannered enough. I have to teach you." Sara Kim: "You're not well-mannered enough. I need to teach you." Obviously no vaccine yet for Overbearing Mom Pox. Further updates as events warrant.
Wow, Yerin sent postcards? Even one to Seyeong? Almost shocking...but if they bring her back in tomorrow's episode and she's "all better" or "a changed person" or whatever, well, that better not happen. "People aren't that stupid." Uh, Seyeong, look at this show's ratings.
Uh-oh, you think they might all get eaten by tigers out there? (Actually that would be quite the ending, wouldn't it.) But wow, look at CEOdad build that fire. He must have gotten a lot of experience from torching Mister Executive's reports at work.
Yikes, maybe I'm not that far off! Is the show seriously going to bump off CEOdad? Let's see if Seyeong's gotten better at CPR than we saw before...but that music, I think he's a goner. Wow, this would be a big shake-up.

Fake out...but clearly he's having some sort of heart atttack, and why isn't he saying anything about it. And the sleeping outside, probably not such a good idea.
"She makes everybody around her happy." Happy, yes. Smarter, no.
Yeah, Jaeseong, don't go looking for Yerin; Mrs. Kim is doing that. After all, it only took her 23 years to find the last kid she lost. No worries.
"I miss Yerin." Looks like Yerin isn't the only one who needs therapy. The way Seyeong took all of that abuse from Yerin and then rationalized it with that sisters-fight nonsense, well, not very healthy. (And it doesn't even seem consistent with the rest of her character.)
Donguk ducking the marriage thing. "That's what men always say." Fair enough, Gieun. Laughed at that one.
Donguk, why didn't you just go out the window? Wimp. And now the whole angry-at-Donguk thing, been there done that, over and over and over. Enough! But look at Misuk running in those heels, wow some impressive speed there. Seyeong must have taught her that.
Hey, look at that pretty red dress. Sara Kim is totally off her game today. Almost unrecognizable.
"peeling the garlic"--is that a euphemism?
"She's a shallow, spoiled little hussy." Physician, heal thyself!
"We shouldn't try to control our kids. Let's worry about our own happiness." That's it, Yongdeok--you're banned from K-dramas forever. Blasphemer!
Mrs. Kim, leave her alone! You're just being self-centered. If she's finding peace here and it's helping her, you should be glad. And you forgot your umbrella! Sheesh.
Have to say, I like this turn in the story. The idea that Yerin would go to the source of her unhappy past and choose do her own sort of penance there, very appropriate. Probably way too late in the series for a complete turnaround to be plausible, but still, nice idea to see her living humbly at the orphanage. (But can she really be nice to those kids? You almost wonder if she'll eat them.)
So that guy they're all chasing ducked out on $20 million in taxes? You'd think he could afford a pair of glasses that didn't make him look like somebody's weird old aunt.
So CEOdad DID have a heart attack. And we are going to lose him. That's a shame. He certainly makes the show more interesting.

I'd like to know who's on this corporate board they keep talking about.
Now what is this stuff about a $10 million deal? Who is this guy who just stiffed Jeonghyo? He doesn't look old enough or competent enough to do a $10 deal, much less a $10 million deal. This is really dumb. And the guy goes to a foreign country without adequate medical safeguards, too. Hey Jeonghyo, a guy this dumb, maybe pull back on the orange juice a little until he gives you $20 million!
And now Jeonghyo and CEOdad are bickering again. Been there done that.
Grandma, if you don't stop whining...You started this; it's all your fault. "You're so whipped!" Wrong. Not true. "I'm doing this for you." Maybe so...but good grief, going into their bed? This is like "Everybody Loves Raymond" except not funny. I repeat, writers, NOT funny.
And Baker Dad, I let it go twice already but I can't take it any more. What the heck is going on with the white silk pajamas? You look like a gigolo snowman.
Oh and now here's Yongdeok again with those radioactive-isotope glowing pajamas we saw him in before. How can anybody possibly sleep in those things?
Well don't those two look cute together. "I promise to take care of you and be understanding even if you act like a baby." Donguk, did you actually say "if"? Who are you kidding, pal.
So they actually did it. Okay, Donguk, okay, Gieun. I'm going to be nice about this. Congratulations! I even have a wedding present for you. It's a lifetime supply of contraceptives. Please use them liberally. Good heavens, your kids would be so dumb they'd make Km Jong Un look like Einstein.
Oh geez, now Mrs. Kim drags Jaeseong to the orphanage? What did I say before? Leave Yerin alone! This is good for her. Healthy and mature and necessary. "She's a very sweet, kind girl." Mrs. Kim, maybe YOU need to go work at the orphanage for a while until you get yourself a clue. You heard all that stuff when you were behind that curtain; why are you denying she's a mess? Oh, and look at this, you scared her away from the place. Happy now? Sheesh.
Wow that assistant is a strong guy for somebody so skinny. Picked up CEOdad no problem.
Now there's a good doctor. Seyeong has no business trying to lean on him for confidential information about his patient. Good job snubbing her; she earned that.
Seyeong, you'd better suck it up and stop with the pity face and the tears. CEOdad doesn't want to talk about his condition and your attitude is exactly what he doesn't need. I sure hope they don't use the final week of episodes to drag this out. Let the guy see his son get married and then die with dignity if he's going to die. But hey, wait a minute...maybe Yerin can donate an organ and save his life! How great an ending would THAT be? Fingers crossed!

To Seyeong: "Why would I lie to you?" Maybe because she'll buy absolutely anything anybody tells her?
"You know octopus is great in the fall." Yeah I think I did read that in the Old Testament.
Jeonghyeo: "I feel like I'm a third wheel." CEOdad: "Of course she has more fun with me than with you." Here we go again. EEEEEEEWWWWWWWW
What a boring scene in the kitchen, but definitely pay attention to that cooking pot because oxtail soup is awesome. (Seriously, anybody who's never had it, if you get the chance, try it.)
Ouch--that rap on the head with the metal spoon probably hurt like crazy. Geez, Sara Kim, Gieun annoys me just as much as she annoys you, but not cool.
And Baker Dad, you have completely turned into a moron. You gave Gieun your blessing just because you want her to go away so you can get some action. Remember when we used to respect the guy? Seems like a long, long time ago, doesn't it.
"Let's annul the wedding. And I'm marrying Gieun to an American." I got news for you, Misuk: there are 28,000 U.S. troops guarding your border, and they will sweep in and invade your house to protect any American from that kind of suffering. So you just get that plan out of your head right now, sister. Besides, Article IV of U.S. Constitution explicitly forbids U.S. citizens from marrying annoying K-drama bimbos. Look it up.
"You want to live here? Are you out of your mind?" Yes, Seongsu...yes, he is out of his mind. But you've cut right to the heart of it, Yeonga-style. Nice going.
Yerin, just go back to the orphanage. It was doing you a world of good. And maybe you can heal yourself enough to get Jaeseong to give you another shot. You'd like that, right?
Aw, remember what I just said the other day about that good doctor who wouldn't reveal confidential patient information? Never mind. But wait a minute, am I getting my wish? Is it possible that we could actually get that transplant story going?
Nope, sorry--Seyeong does NOT look like Jeonghyo's mom.
CEOdad, you're acting almost as dumb as Baker Dad. But oh look, no need to worry, it's not a regular sauna, it's one of those steamless saunas. Ugh.
Geez, this episode is a real snooze-fest, isn't it...there is just NOTHING happening. Seyeong will know what to do: take the tape of this one and throw it in the river. Bring on 132.

130 I'd like to know who's on this corporate board they keep talking about..... Grandpa. Grandpa is definitely on the board. Also Crazy Aunt, who resents the treatment Mom got when Dad married her instead of his true love and then pined away for HTL all these years, ignoring poor Mom. Oh, yeah, also that business partner of Dad's who secretly was the brother of the abandoned dead mother of Dad's other son. Those people.

Not sure if I can give the doctor a pass this time, telling Jeonghyo about CEOdad's condition. Is it okay, or not. Interesting question.
"Someone was cured with alternative medicine. He ate organic meals and moved to a place with fresh air. Let's do that." Yeah, and that killed an advanced tumor. Seyeong, you've said some dumb things lately but this one beats all of them.
Does Ilyeong really have to call Jeonghyo "Mr. An"? Okay he's her boss, but doesn't it seem wrong?
Does Baker Dad actually do any baking any more? Or does he spend all of this time chasing his wife?....Uh, wait a minute, maybe I can forgive him this time. Dang she looks good in that slinky thing. Of course, it's dark, so maybe it's an illusion...and now how many times is grandma going to butt in on them. I am so sick of this; it wasn't funny the first time and this is what, the tenth or twelfth time? Good grief.
"People will point fingers at me." Well grandma if I were there I'd be throwing pies at you. So consider yourself lucky.
Oh no, grandma, an average-looking guy in a plain windbreaker. Heaven forbid you meet a middle-class man, you snob. You make me sick. Now where did I put those pies?
Oh, wait a minute...aaaaaaahahahahaha the guy's rich! Suck on that one, grandma. And now look at him teaching her a lesson! This is totally sweet. "I'm not that shallow kind of woman." Lie, and he knows it. Where has this guy been the whole series? Sure wish we could see a lot more of him. A really interesting character.
"She's strong to the weak and weak to the strong." THAT came out of Gieun's mouth? Geez, what a piece of observation. This must be like that saying about the infinite number of monkeys and typewriters. Eventually something good will happen by accident.
"I usually see women come with their moms or mothers-in-law but not their fathers-in-law." And now he's checking out her wedding dress. EEEEEEEWWWWWWWW stop it stop it stop it! But I don't like the dress; it makes her look fat. Yeah, I said it. Fortunately there's thousands of miles of open ocean protecting me from her. Otherwise she'd probably punish me by making me go shoe shopping with her.
Oh good heavens, Yeonga, what the heck are you wearing? A blue furry sportcoat? (Yes, it's furry.) You of all people. It looks like that coat Harry wore on 3rd Rock from the Sun. And no that's not a compliment.
Hey, good for you Yerin, still doing the humble work. But maybe you should have picked a hospital farther away if you didn't want to see anybody? And Seyeong, stop badgering her and leave her alone! Just let her work through it. And you deserve everything she said to you this time. Every word of it. The more you keep pestering her, the longer it's going to take for her to stop resenting you.
This whole thing just doesn't seem to be coming to any sort of ending, does it. What the heck? Okay, Seyeong's getting married but the rest of it....it sure doesn't feel like there's any awareness that it's down to three episodes. So many things still to address.

"I didn't think I'd see you here." Hey, there's a firm grasp of the obvious. No wonder he's the CEO. Ugh.
"You look like you're more at peace." The scene with Yerin and CEOdad outside, that was a really interesting scene. More reflective and insightful, just the kind of thing the show hasn't had enough of. "I'm actually considering this as punishment. I shouldn't ever forget what I did. I believe I should make up for it somehow." There's the interesting Yerin again--trying to reconcile herself with her inner conflicts, and knowing she has to. It amazes me that they'd give us dozens and dozens of Monster Girl episodes and leave this kind of deep, meaningful redemption stuff until the last minute. An incredbly huge mistake.
Mrs. Kim, would you STOP IT already! Stop hounding her! Leave her alone! It's all about you, isn't it. Look at what you're doing to her--the panic reaction kicking in almost instantly. Actually that's fascinating--but not worth seeing a human being suffer like that. Go away and give her the peace that's helping her. SHEESH.
Yerin's actually giving food to the old lady? Okay, tell me she's not just fattening her up so she can drink her blood and feast on her flesh. ( I know, not very nice, I'm sorry.)
And now Jaeseong too. Ugh! You going to get her that therapy you should have gotten her a long time ago? No? Then go away. "Everyone understands." No, they don't. Stop saying things like that. Get yourself a clue.
And see, she saw Seyeong crying and walked away. Exactly why she needs to do her pennance.
Well at least Baker Dad still has the sense to laugh at his self-absorbed mom...Come to think of it, he never used to do that. Well at least he's changed for the better in one way. Just the one, unfortunately.
Grandma talking to her dead husband. "Why did you leave me so early?" I'm guessing buyer's remorse.
"Who are you again?" Hey look it's that Jaebeol guy! "Oh, you're the one with the stew." This guy is great. And yeah, didn't you just figure he'd get himself a trophy wife. You had to see it coming. I mean, she must be 35 years younger than he is--eeeewwwwww--but come on, grandma, if he's going to get himself a golddigger than you really think he wouldn't go for a young hottie? But wait a minute, why would Sara Kim set them up just the previous day? How could she not know the guy was married? Shame on you, writers--thought you could slip that by us, didn't you. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy.
Oh please, oh please, say it isn't so. Tell me it's just a stomach virus and she's not...you know. The implications are too terrifying.
"It's not my test. Why would I lie?" Yeah, it's not like you already did that very thing in Episode 87. Oh wait....
"Can it be Misuk?" Again Seongsu with the Yeonga-class insight. What has gotten into this guy? Get off his case, everybody, he nailed it. But now we're facing the possibility of another Donguk and another Gieun. Both. Maybe they should just open the DMZ and let the North Koreans march in and take over. I don't know, which poses the bigger threat to the nation? Tough call.
Well how about this, they're not killing off CEOdad after all. What do you know, we get something decent to end the show on. Assuming it goes well, and he's a decent guy so this would be one nice wrap-up, and unexpected too..."A woman in her 20s." Oh I don't believe it. They wouldn't do that. It's inconceivable. Please tell me they didn't push Yerin down the stairs and kill her. That would be way, way too much...Okay, fake-out, there she is...and now look at her trying to comfort Seyeong. Hey Mrs. Kim, this is exactly why you leave her alone. She's not going to be a redeemed, healthy person in two episodes but I like that we're seeing some evidence of it starting.
P.S. I'm going to open up a "final thoughts" thread so that anybody who wants to comment, compliment, complain, vent etc. about the series as a whole can do so there. I'm very interested in hearing how people reacted to it, especially since so many people stuck with the show and kept its ratings up.

Yup. This is easily the oddest love triangle that's not really a love triangle that I've seen in a K-Drama. Older guys and women in their 20's seem to be all the rage lately.

"You weren't this weak. What happened to you?" THANK you Yerin, I was just thinking the same thing. Seyeong is yet another interesting character in this series who's been totally squandered.
"Why are you being so selfish?!" Minguk, shut up. Who's the one being selfish here? "You're so selfish." Oh no, Yeonga, not you too?!? Yes you were worried about her but give her a break. Besides, she sent notes saying she was okay. Enough. Oh, and now Mrs. Kim is going to hold her hostage? "Do you want me to knock some sense into you?" See, Mrs. Kim, that's exactly why I've been smacking people on a regular basis. Including you. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working..but I appreciate the thought. By all means you give it a shot. Don't be stingy.
Hey that's a very good idea, for Yerin to read for the blind. Very appropriate. But Jaeseong, if you don't back off and shut up...Look how much good it's all doing her. And now you're trying to pull her away from it and push her right back into the life she needs some distance from. You are such an idiot.
"Don't touch me." Sara Kim, where was that when you needed it? "You're so gross!" Yeah, that would have helped too. "I want to go to New York." Sorry, lady, you're South Korea's problem now. We're not letting you back in.
Tomorrow is the final episode. I wonder if the writers know that. So much still to deal with and they're blowing a huge chunk of this episode on Baker Dad and Sara Kim's petty bickering. It's almost surreal how they've screwed this whole thing up. (Oh and the bickering isn't funny.)
"Those are symptoms of stomach cancer." And Seongsu crashes and burns in spectacular fashion. So much for the Yeonga-level insight we were getting out of him.
Yeah, there's nothing as funny as a misunderstanding about someone dying of cancer. My sides ache from all the laughing. UGH.
Uh-oh, that gray sweater Yongdeok is wearing--I have one just like it. Wear it all the time. Oh no, am I doomed? Dear Lord, please protect me from being sucked into the Eternal Vortex of Nightmare Wardrobe Crimes... ....must...not...buy...neon...jacket...must...not...buy...shiny...pajamas...
"Jaeseong, Gieun--you're getting a sibling!" Somewhere in heaven, Charles Darwin is sobbing.
What the heck is that--some sort of executive honor guard? Oh, I see. Was that ever weird. And does anybody--ANYBODY--think that Jeonghyo is ready to be a CEO?
"I planned this to make up for what I did to you." Sure, Yerin, one tiny surprise party equals months and months of bullying and misery. And they hug, and it's supposed to be all better now? And now they're going to sleep in the same room together? And now they're all hugging and touchy-feely and we're supposed to believe that over a few weeks Yerin is "healed" and everything is okay. Talk about not having respect for your audience...expecting us to buy this is truly insulting. Or else utterly incompetent writing, which actually is much more likely.
"I think you look more like each other now." Mrs. Kim you're on some sort of hallucinogenic drug, aren't you. Has Yerin been bringing you pills?
"You're the prettiest bride I've ever seen." Nope, sorry, it's that fat dress. And it's not very feminine either. Seyeong has looked so good so many times, and the worst thing they put her in is her wedding dress. Geez, even the wardrobe people have lost it, and they usually had her looking great.
Jeonghyo to CEOdad: "I'm not as handome as you. It looks like you're the one getting married." EEEEEWWWWWW...thank goodness this show is ending because I can't take any more of that.
Really? CEOdad has just months to live and Jeonghyo and Seyeong are going on their honeymoon now? Come on. That's bad writing because those two wouldn't leave him, no way. They'd put off the honeymoon.
no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no they are NOT going to pull this. Somebody has to stop this. THIS is what they're giving us for the last episode? You can see what's coming here; one of those girls is dead and CEOdad is going to get her heart. no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no am sitting here just shaking my head in disbelief that after dozens and dozens of monotonous, annoying, frustrating Monster Girl episodes, they ambush us with this with 35 minutes left in the series no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no

"Yerin tried to save me." No, Seyeong, she didn't. You were okay...but she moved an injured victim. Shouldn't have been shown like that--it teaches the wrong thing.
Geez, that's a bad doctor to just walk away from Jaeseong like that with no better explanation or comforting words. Bad, bad doctor.
"Juhui never gets a day of peace." Yeah, Misuk--and you didn't exactly help with that, did you.
"We should make up again after our fights." Again? Did I miss something?
Before the "of-course-there-had-to-be-one" five-years-later epilogue...I'll say this much. I've always appreciated when a show takes a risk and is brave enough to do the unconventional thing. This episode certainly did the unconventional thing, big-time. In the bigger picture it's a huge mistake that they held this back until the last episode. There are so many ramifications that we'll never see. Things like Seyeong and Jeonghyo getting married. It's going to be brutally difficult for them and their families to face another try at a wedding with the horrible scar left by this day. How are they going to get past that? You could almost fill the extra fifteen episodes just with that. And poor Jaeseong...But the bigger-picture stuff is for the other thread, not this one. The fact is, tragedies like this do happen in life. This ending probably wasn't popular at all with most viewers, but if this is how the show's creators wanted to end it, then give them credit for sticking to it and not giving in to formula. And as hard as it was to watch everyone's pain, they reacted pretty much like most of us would react in this situation. It felt true-to-life and I thought was well done. (Particularly Mrs. Kim--you wonder why they diminished her character so much in the later episodes. She was very good in Iron Empress and clearly is a strong actress.) Certainly wasn't the way I'd have chosen to leave things with Yerin, but it sure wasn't boring or repetitive or clichéd and you have to respect that.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"You said we should scrap it because of its low ratings." "I wasn't thinking." AAAAAAAAA-HAHAHAHAHAHA! Well it doesn't make up for the dozens of lousy episodes, but I haven't laughed so hard the entire series. Mister Executive--ultra-busted. Hey, looks like Jeonghyo is CEO material after all! "You always change your mind later on." Stop it, you're killing me! That's exactly what he does. I could barely watch the rest of it, I was giggling like an idiot.
Five years later and CEOdad hasn't remarried? That's a little surprising. Seems like he'd be popular with the ladies. But come on, somebody on the production staff needs to teach the actor how to play a simple tune on a harmonica. His faking is awful.
Now here's a nice unexpected surprise--Yeonga finally had the kid she wanted. Good for you, Yeonga! Of course the kid is already more mature than Minguk is.
But wait, we're supposed to believe she's three years old? Come on. She's twice that. She'd have to be like one of those terrifying devil-children in "Village of the Damned" who grew insanely rapidly. That's ridiculous..."Yes, you're becoming more like Yerin." Ohhhhh....I take it back. Makes sense now.
"Don't I look a lot like grandma?" No, Seyeong, you don't! Or am I wrong about this?
Have to say: Jaeseong was 30 when his mom got pregnant. And Donguk was 25 when his mom got pregnant. Seriously? Both of them? I'm finding that awfully hard to accept. What was the reason for shoehorning this in at the very end--this need to show the older couples having kids? It seems like there had to be some deliberate purpose for it, but it's beyond me. Yes, I know, most things are...but I'd be curious to hear any ideas.
And come on, writers, you're handing out kids like free samples, but you didn't give Ilyeong one? At least we didn't see any, and presumably she'd have brought hers since everybody else did. She was such a strong character (before they decided to all but write her out) and she and Seongsu wanted one. It just seems so sad not to see her with one.

For anyone who's been coming directly to this thread...I started a different thread yesterday for comments about the series as a whole. Anyone who wants to share their thoughts about the series, it would be great to hear them. Interested in hearing from daily-drama veterans and from other newbies or near-newbies like me. If you're a visitor here or a new member, don't be shy. You can't possibly be any less insightful than I am!
But since this thread is coming to a close...I just wanted to thank the visitors who have been coming here to read all of my silliness and complaining. Dozens of people have read this thread after each episode, and it's been that way for the last few months, since not long after I started updating it daily. Maybe that's evidence that people agreed with my criticisms about the show going way downhill over time...but whatever. I started posting daily updates just to goof around for my own amusement and to vent for my sanity. Figured nobody else would read the thread or even find it, and that was fine with me...but it's been flattering to see people continuing to come here every episode and it made things fun for me. And it was motivation to create good posts, or at least try. So thanks for that.
And I enjoyed it enough that I'll do another one again sometime. Not the next one that's coming in to replace Two Sisters, but down the road I'll try this again. So visitors please come back and check in every so often.
P.S. And thanks to knov1 for the occasional caption "corrections." Improvements, definitely.

Well, that was an ending I didn't see coming. I'll give the writer that much. Now, did Yerin donate her heart to CEO Dad, or didn't she? It seemed like they were dropping hints, and but once we got that five-year jump, we were never told what happened. Too bad we never heard from PornStar Mom again. She'd seemingly gotten herself respectable. And, once Yerin got herself critically injured, you would have thought that she'd at least have made a final appearance. But, not even a mention. I suppose the actress playing PS Mom had already gotten herself a new gig somewhere else. Can't really blame her.

It might be to give couples without children some small glimmer of hope that it's still possible. The odd thing is this drama dealt with 2 girls who were adopted. Yet they prefer to go with a highly unlikely pregnancy over a couple deciding to adopt.

You’re right, mikey—I didn’t notice that. I had pretty much jumped to conclusions and assumed he got Yerin’s heart, but they didn’t make it clear, did they. Maybe it was lost in the translation? Either way, it’s a shame they didn’t address it more in the story. Could have made for some great material if we had seen CEOdad dying and then everybody realizing that they could give him Yerin’s heart, and coming to terms with that. Big missed opportunity there. But they did make Yerin an organ donor, so that was a good message to send and we can give them credit for that. And we know CEOdad will live a long time. With Yerin’s heart, the only way he’s going to die is if somebody pounds a wooden stake through it. They love for everyone to be happy and pregnant at the end. It might be to give couples without children some small glimmer of hope that it's still possible. The odd thing is this drama dealt with 2 girls who were adopted. Yet they prefer to go with a highly unlikely pregnancy over a couple deciding to adopt. That would explain it; thanks. Actually that would be another black mark against the writing, the fact that they would resort to a common formula thing like that but give us nothing about what had happened to the things we followed in the series. Such as, I was hoping we’d see some sign that the bakery has thrived, or that the film company is back on solid ground. Nothing. The adoption thing, good idea—we saw three new kids at the end and it would have been nice if one of them had been adopted. Maybe Yeonga’s kid since she and Minguk were having trouble conceiving. Would have been a nice piece of closure. Yet another missed opportunity.
