I'm watching Dong Yi on DramaFever. Only up to chapter 18 is available as of today. Episodes are added as they are released. I'm enjoying it very much.

Does anyone happen to know, in this hotbed of K-drama hotheads (LOL), what era the 1999 drama "The King and the Queen" covers? I found some info that says Prince Yunsan appears in it, but nothing else. I guess I want to know which king and which queen the title references. I wish I could find it to watch, but I can barely find any info on it at all, I guess it's too old. Bo Not sure, it's supposed to be some sequel to Tears Of The Dragon which is a story of the end of the Goryeo Dynasty. But I could be wrong.

That's right! I think heard that somewhere, now that you mention it. Thanks for the tip, Griffin.

Jang Hyobin (nee Hee Bin )fans check out the new season of Asia Extreme on Sundance because ''Shadows In The Palace" is on the roster ,also on demand in some areas ,Strange Film as not all loose ends are tied up and maybe it suffers from just to much going on ,Still its beautiful to watch part murder mystery part ghost story . Jang is actually depicted in a more sympathetic light in this film ,anyway its well worth watching despite its flaws .

I started out watching this on dramafever - the every 10 mins of commercials finally drove me off that site - so I am NOW watching this on Mysoju and it's wonderful - I'm up to Eps 18 and can hardly wait until I can tune in again and watch some more - I find myself watching two full episodes - yeah - until 2:00 a.m. - good thing I don't have to get up for work LOL . . I really like this show - Dong Yi is so smart and so beautiful - no wonder the King is smitten by her . . hope Lady Jang gets her just deserts since Dong Yi was all set to place the blame where it belonged and not on Lady Jang - it was LG's choice - but now at the end of the last episode I watched theyre trying to blame the Queen - I'm going to get to that site A/S/A/P to watch what comes next - good story -

LOL, pilseung. Are you joking with us? I say this because the "yeehaw" sounds a little sarcastic. Do you really like the show? As much as soapygrams seems to like it?

Bo No joke. Not meant to come across as sarcastic. It IS a really good historical drama.Give it a go if you have the time. It's got drama, laugh out loud moments, serious angst moments, tense moments, intelligent plots and sub-plots,a bit of science, and I could go on.It's doing well in Korea. It's also doing well amongst the KDrama fan boards who are following it subtitled.

;D Hi Pilseung - I'm up to Eps 26 now and the intrigue is indeed nail-biting - but it also makes me want to smack a few of those smirking, evil lagging characters right in their chops! LOL I really don't mind whether this is historically correct or not - it's a great show with the drama, pathos and comic relief done in a great balance - I was wondering how Lady Jang became so evil and of course now I know . .she might not have INSTIGATED the whole Dowager Queen demise but she sure was happy about it's end result. - Dong Yi is smart, humble, beautiful and HONEST; and I think she expects others to be the same. Great show and i am very grateful to mysoju for making it available and FREE. Have a good day . . I'll stick with show until the end . .

I do intend to watch it, but right now I'm in the middle of Grand Chef and Assorted Gems (which is a bit sappy at times but mostly a laugh riot). I do have to do SOME work. Bo

Yup, Episodes 36-38 were well worth waiting for. . . . . . . . . . . . Now that he has a second son, I think the king had better start spending equal time with the older one. Hasn't he learned any lessons from watching Jumong?

Good job, Mugwump. In future, however, do add the word "spoiler" at the top of your spoiler space. ;D
