hee-joo's mother has decided not to worry about her, thinking that she's turned her life around for the best. but i fear the worst is yet to come!

I recall a scene where she and the NY playboy were swimming side by side and she had a swim cap on her head. Where do you think she found one big enough to fit that round hedge of hair? It must be made from super rubber/elastic. Bet she could bounce on her head and hit the ceiling LOL.

Hee-joo's hairstyle (the Hee-joo do) reminds me of the one sported by Georgia Engel (Georgette) in the old Mary Tyler Moore show.

Oh, Soju, now that you mention it, she looks a lot like Georgia Engel too! That pursey little moue of a mouth, and the way she opens her eyes wide when she says something totally unacceptable. (Not Georgette, Hee-joo.)

Hee-joo should just get concentrate on her new relationship (or so she says) with her friend from New York. In-young and Ki-joon have already told Hee-joo to basically stay out of their lives. Hee-joo should get the point by now. I'm so tired of seeing her try to get things back to the way they were before. She says she has no ulterior motives for being friendly with Ki-joon again. Yeah, right. We all know she is still trying to get her hands on him.

Oh, it's so sad! I just skimmed this thread b/c I didn't see the beginning of the show. I mean, yes, it sucks that he led her on, but let it go, already He-Joo! Don't buy the guy a tie. C'mon! Don't visit is house and call his mom "mother." It's really really pathetic.
I know it's going to blow up in her face, and her poor mother is going to be so embarrassed.

hee-joo sed that she will get revenge....she wants him to fall back in love with her (Which she is trying to do) then do the same thing he did to her right back to him...so i highly doubt they'd get married....she is just trying to get revenge in the end....although she does seem to still b in love with him

of course, i don't think she'll just forget him that easily. she will do everything that she can, in all subtlety, to get back Ki-Joon. Why can't she just understand that he was NEVER hers to begin with?

Hee-joo, poor little rich girl mentioned, in a past episode, that she is used to getting what she wants. After the tie incident, I'm waiting for Ki-joon's mother to get irritated with her for interfering. After all, she wants as little stress as possible so that In-young can conceive. If In-young has a child, Hee-joo will be sending gifts to remind Ki-joon that she's still there for him.
It's ironic because Hee-joo, coming from a wealthy family, has all the opportunites to get an education and marry into a wealthy family. It's funny how Ki-joon's mother tries to "get along" with her wealthy friends as if she's one of them. It seems that her deceased husband made her wealthy.

I KNOW!! She's beyond ajumma, she's a total halmoni with that poofy 'do. I have know idea how she told In-young with a straight face, "Are you threatened by me?" (or something like that) in Ki-joon's office. If I were IY I would have laughed until I cried! I know who her hair reminds me of: did you ever watch the Nanny? Remember Yenta (sp?) Fran's grandma from the Nanny? LOL! She should switch her skirts to a bright tracksuit w/lots of sparkles. OMG! I know Jenny already commented on this, but that is tooooo funny! And a big fanny pack, too. LOL

I just can't stand that NY PLAYBOY. He's so annoying. maybe it's the way he slurs his speech or the way he always has this little male version of hee-joo's snooty expression.

I think his character has a lot of potential. He seems to be a lot smarter than I first thought. He could be very good for making trouble. I hope he doesn't turn out to be another Band-aid.

I don't know about this guy ... Hee soo referred to him as a "professional" ... is he a paid escort or actor? Maybe she hired him to be with her to try to make Ki joon jealous? Nothing this wacko does surprises me ... she is the ultimate stalker .. control-freak - she wants what she wants no matter what ... her and Screechy Mom are soo alike ... Ki joon should be happy with Hee soo ... she's so much like his mommy and he's such a Mama's boy ...
