Exactly, Soju. I was yelling, Don't eat it, don't eat it. Think of Snow White and the poisoned apple.

When they got that fruit basket from her tonight, I was expecting them to exclaim, "Oh, yes, it's from Hee-joo! Look at all the broken glass and razor blades in it!" Wouldn't that make for a fun first night. At least it wouldn't be boring. ha! ha! ha! ;D ;D

is hee-joo just pretending or does she really care for "Mother?" I mean, she was just acting really weird today... "mother, what happened to you?! you were supposed to live a long, healthy life..... what has fate done to you?"

I think Hee-joo is only acting nicely to her "Amunee" because she still wants Ki-joon. As long as Hee-joo sucks up to ScreechMom, she'll be in her good graces. So annoying!

What was up with HeeJoo's friend? Didn't he have some attitude when she introduced him to KiJoon? I wonder what she told him about her oppa (unless he's just a snob toward someone who works.)

He's probably just some lout she met in New York, and she's just using him. He probably thinks "Cool, this rich chick is hot for me!", and will find himself dumped as soon as Hee-joo thinks she's made her point.

Yeah, Hee-joo's friend from NY did seem to have an attitude problem towards Ki-joon. Maybe Hee-joo told her friend about Ki-joon rejecting her? Or maybe he sensed that he was just the 2nd place man in her life...a back up?

Bae, about your signature line, my French is not great. What does the second part mean? (I get the first sentence, the part about the glass slipper.) Is it something like, "but is there such a person?"

why yes... the entire thing reads: J'attends toujours quelqu'un pour mettre une paire de poussoirs de verre sur mes pieds. Mais, y a-t-il une telle personne ? I still wait for someone to put a pair of glass slippers on my feet. But is there (even) someone (like that out there for me)? it's rather emotional..... lol

Can anyone figure what this reference is from: #8 BURP, #8 BURP, #8 BURP GC, you're my hero for remembering this! I mentioned it in the WML thread, but I didn't realize you were the one who posted this. Just wanted to give you the credit. Ahh, classic Simpsons..... I just saw this message- I've got a new one for you: Homer: "You know, one day honest citizen's are going to stand up to you crooked cops!" Chief Wiggum: "Oh, oh no, have they set a date?" LOL! That's currently my greeting for my cellphone. Oops! Back on topic, Hee-joo is so diluted. Ki-joon never loved her! If I were In-young I would have laughed at that line, and told her so. On another note, I love the fast pace of this show. One minute Sun-mi's telling everyone that their wedding is in a week, and the next scene is the wedding! Not like MPC, where we'd have to listen to 4 different people tell the same story scene after scene. LOL! So true, and then they wouldn't all say it the same day, they wait until the next day, take you into a separate room, order tea and then tell you. p.s. What the he!! is going on w/Hejoo's hair. Is she trying to go for a career in Country music.

She's beyond ajumma, she's a total halmoni with that poofy 'do. I have know idea how she told In-young with a straight face, "Are you threatened by me?" (or something like that) in Ki-joon's office. If I were IY I would have laughed until I cried!

Fran's grandma from the Nanny? LOL! She should switch her skirts to a bright tracksuit w/lots of sparkles.

The way she dresses, I wouldn't be suprised if she showed up to the gym in one of those tracksuits.
