After sending Idol Ray on his way, Arang first gives Sekyung the big romantic kiss, then tells her he was just trying to save her from embarrassment (by the reporters who burst in on them). Sekyung is understandably confused and furious, while the lurking Minyoung (M-Y) is very worried by the whole thing.
Yiseol, the old schoolmate of Seo Byunghoon/Seo Ilrok, and I’m going to refer to him from now on as Sherlock, visits Cyrano, which she thinks is still a theater troupe. She knows Arang from the old days. She’s been in the hospital (not explained why) and is just beginning to take up her old life again. Their male schoolmate and Sherlock’s best friend, Go Ildo, died--also, not explained how. She was Ildo’s girlfriend, not Sherlock’s. But M-Y susses out that Yiseol was Sherlock’s first love, and Sherlock remembers this time in his life. Yiseol gives Sherlock a posthumous note from Ildo, but he throws it, unopened, into a drawer.
The Master continues to lurk in the background, making elliptic remarks about Sherlock’s business to his thugs, who are duly impressed. He appears to resent M-Y’s interest in Sherlock’s activities, and considers her little knife to be a fine gift which makes his life easier. M-Y discusses her issues with him, but the Master’s advice doesn’t seem to help her in the way he meant it.
Arang may be making the same mistakes as did Sherlock, but insists otherwise when confronted by his boss. Sherlock watched the taped kiss, where he saw that Ray witnessed it too. Ray is upset, but he wants to pursue Sekyung anyway because he liked her "first." So Sherlock gives Arang the opportunity to tell Sekyung how he really feels. Arang finally speaks the truth—-he likes her now, but that may be because he found out her feelings. Also, Ray likes her more than Arang ever could, so she may be missing out if she stays with him instead of Ray. M-Y, watching from the radio truck, is thrilled with this romantic, manly gesture. Moojin surprisingly offers comfort to his pal once Sekyung takes off to find Ray.
Ray was told by Sherlock that he should give up and go to the convenience store where he met Sekyung previously. He does, but leaves a bandage Sekyung had given him ages ago stuck to the wall. She sees it and runs to him, sticking the bandage to the window. Everyone happy. When M-Y demands why Sherlock made Ray feel bad and took the risk the girl wouldn’t find him, he says, “Why should he have it so easy?”
M-Y drives Sherlock home, but then he demands she take him to a surprised Yiseol, who is now working in the puppet repair store. Sherlock walks in and asks her to deliver on the promise she made when she gave him his cellphone fob, and she smiles at him as she remembers this.

Again, smart and funny. Loved the U-turn in traffic joke (“It’s not like on TV!”). I like what’s happening between M-Y and Sherlock. It’s not turning into a love story, as far as I can see. They have a nice relationship.
Although, I think an old, used bandage would have been gross, that one was almost new on the “business” side...danks gotts...LOL...
There is a certain character who has appeared in every single episode but not been addressed by the script or the other characters. Anyone else noticed this?
