They're either having issues with their analog channel or they shut it off for good. They still seem to be operating. They uploaded yesterday's local news to their YT channel. I don't get 13.2 so I can't check but I bet they're still broadcasting on their digital channel. www.youtube.com/kbctv41

Digital 13.2 is humming right along. Knov may be right; it's entirely possible they're shutting down the analog broadcast. For one thing, the last remaining low-power analogs have to shut down by September 2015. So it's coming, eventually. And looking around online, I see that the Baes sold channel 41 last September to a company called NRJ that's buying up low-power stations around the country. (They're speculators--betting on the values of the frequencies when they're finally put up for sale to wireless companies. Paid $7.4 million for it!) So it may be that the new owners decided to pull the plug.
Could just be transmission trouble, of course, but either way the end is near. ginny I don't know where you live but do you have any options for getting a better antenna for your set? Like an external one? I know they cost some money but a decent one will solve your reception problems.

I started a new thread "Asian OTA programming" under the General thread. Here you'll find info on the new WOCH station, KBC 41.1. deiner.proboards.com/thread/9768/asian-ota-programming-info-problemsIf people continue to have general reception problems after numerous upgrading of towers in the Chicagoland area, there's also the Clear TV antenna advertised on tv for those with OTA problems.
