Everyone in the court room is shocked to see Jo Hyun Min in the video. The verdict in Jae Min's trial will be announced on the 16th. Hyun Min warns Ki Hyun that things are not over just yet. Ki Hyun responds that this is only the beginning. Hyuk Joo arrests Hyun Min for the murder of Sang Won.
The cyber team interrogates Hyun Min. He refuses to talk. They cyber team has no evidence on him, other than the Hyo Jung video, and might be forced to let him go. Kang Mi and Sang Woo go to Se Kang with a warrant to search Hyun Min's office. Before they can start searching, Director Moon already has wiped Hyun Min's computer of anything related to the Safe Tech vaccine program.
Yeon Joo meets with Seung Yeon. Yeon Joo promises Seung Yeon a job if she'll write a story backing her claim that Ki Hyun is really Ki Young. Having no evidence connecting to any of the murders, the cyber team is forced to let Hyun Min go. Hyun Min tells Ki Hyun to give up. He's the only that can catch himself.
Seung Yeon is waiting for Hyuk Joo in the parking lot. He gets her to follow him promising to give her a scoop. He goes to a store, buys some rain gear and tells her a typhoon is coming. That's the scoop.
Ki Hyun is concerned about the trial. Kang Mi tells him not to worry. The verdict is in. Hyun Min is acquitted on all charges. The justice system failed. Ki Hyun decides to go after him Hyun Min in his own way. He calls Hyun Min and tells him that secret information means nothing once it's been released to the public.
Ki Hyun takes the database server which had all the dirt the Dae Young group had collected for Hyun Min and disappears. He then releases the info to the public as "Jo Hyun Min's List". He has Seung Yeon write an article about the list for True Story. It's now the most talked about subject on the news and spreading fast all over the internet. No one is happy with Hyun Min.
Hyuk Joo reveals the news about the list to Director Shin. He's upset about being named on the list after helping Hyuk Joo and the cyber team. Hyuk Joo warns him that it might be best for him to resign and retire.
Due to the fallout from the list, Director Moon advices Hyun Min to go away for a while. Hyun Min goes to Felice Tower. When he arrives at his condo, Ki Hyun is there waiting for him. Ki Hyun learned about the condo from deleted photos on Hyo Jung's camera. He noticed the angle was different from Hyo Jung's condo and realized they were taken in 1102, not 1101.
Ki Hyun asks Hyun Min why he killed Hyo Jung and filled in the blanks from the night o Sang Won's murder. Hyun Min found out Sang Won had a laptop with the beta version of Safe Tech's vaccine program. He learned that Sang Won was planning on meeting with Jae Min. He framed Jae Min for the murder and trapped Woo Hyun as an accomplice to murder to keep him quiet. It would have worked if not for Hyo Jung. Hyun Min thought she was asleep but the she saw and recorded the whole thing. She only pretended to be sleeping.
Ki Hyun guesses that Hyo Jung confessed to recording the video and urged Hyun Min to turn himself in. That's why Hyun Min killed her. Hyun Min doesn't think he deserved to get punished for getting revenge on the people who betrayed and killed his father. He became a monster to get revenge and protect the most precious thing to him "power". Ki Hyun responds that he already lost the most precious thing to him.
We get a flashback to how the cyber team found Hyo Jung's phone and the original video. Hyo Jung's aunt tells Kang Mi during her visit to the house that Hyo Jung's sister might have left some of Hyo Jung's things at her grave. That's where Kang Mi finds the phone. Hyun Min never went there. Ki Hyun finds it strange that video he found on Hyo Jung's laptop was different from the original Sang Won video. The video on Hyo Jung's laptop didn't show Hyun Min's video. Ki Hyun concludes that Hyo Jung must have changed her mind about exposing Hyun Min because she was in love with him and pregnant with his child.
Hyun Min thinks Ki Hyun is lying about the baby. Hyo Jung told him she wasn't pregnant. Ki Hyun responds that the Sang Won wasn't the only thing the cyber team found on the phone. He drops the phone and leaves. In the phone, Hyun Min finds a photo of a sonogram. Hyo Jung was indeed pregnant with his child. As Ki Hyun is leaving Felice Tower, Hyun Min jumps out of his window and commits suicide. Ki Hyun remarks that the phantom disappeared and Ki Young died as well.
Ki Hyun takes Seon Woo to Ki Young's (really Woo Hyun) grave. He tells Seon Woo that Ki Young was his friend. He says they'll come back when grandpa recovers. Seung Yeon wants to start dating Hyuk Joo. Before they do, She wants to know if Ki Hyun is really Ki Young. Hyuk Joo is reluctant to say anything but eventually gives in and answers "Only this time. Ki Hyun is Woo Hyun." and walks away. Seung Yeon takes it to mean he'll only lie that one time. She deletes a report she was working on Ki Young and Woo Hyun from her computer.
Ki Hyun meets with Kang Mi. She tells him he's a good police officer. He doesn't think so. She has him listen to the last message Woo Hyun left her.
Kang Mi is giving a lecture about how cyber criminals use the internet to steal personal information. The rest of the cyber team is out hunting those criminals. Before data can be deleted from a computer at the scene, Ki Hyun works his magic to stop the evidence from disappearing. The Hades sign appears on the computer. The end.
