Both families are shocked by Da Ran's love confession. Kyung Jae drags Da Ran out of the meeting with him. Da Ran tells Kyung Jae that if he forgets about them, she'll remember everything for both of them. She shows Kyung Jae the watch. Da Ran doesn't plan on letting him go.
Yoon Jae's mom isn't surprised since Da Ran told her she'd leave Yoon Jae when he returned to normal. Everyone leaves the meeting but leave the ring behind. Ma Ri says it's really her ring and Kyung Joon's aunt and uncle give it to her.
Da Ran's parents wonder about who is KKJ. Da Ran tells her mom she won't be able to smile anymore if she tries to forget about KKJ. Da Ran jumps out of her window to meet with Kyung Jae. She returns the watch to him.
Ma Ri takes Kyung Joon out of the hospital and attempts to hide him. Kyung Jae gets her to return him to the hospital by saying he won't swap back and will die in Yoon Jae's body. Ma Ri tells Da Ran that she should give the ring back to Yoon Jae herself. When Da Ran asks for it, Ma Ri says she threw it away in the dumplings.
Da Ran goes looking for the ring but can't find it. She runs into Kyung Jae on the street. He has the ring. Kyung Jae doesn't think they'll be able to get back together immediately once they switch back. Even if it takes a while, Da Ran plans on waiting for him.
Kyung Jae tells Ma Ri to stop hanging on to him. Ma Ri leaves for the US. Choong Shik says he'll be waiting for her. PE teacher Na and Ae Kyung are getting married. Da Ran tells Ae Kyung she plans on telling Yoon Jae that she's no longer waiting for his answer and that she loves someone else when he returns. Kyung Jae tells Se Young to try again with Yoon Jae when he returns to normal.
Da Ran finds her missing umbrella (from the bus on episode 1). She heads to the park with Kyung Jae and they say they love each other. Da Ran tells Kyung Jae that when he returns as Kyung Joon and they meet again, his memories will turn back to this moment.
Fast forward a year. Yoon Jae and Kyung Joon swapped back. Da Ran is teaching at a suburban school. Ae Kyung is pregnant. Ma Ris back in Korea. She meets with Choong Shik, who is still crazy about her.
It's raining. Da Ran is getting off the bus with her umbrella in hand when she hears someone call out her name. She turns around and a guy gets under the umbrella with her. We don't get to see his face but she calls him "Kang Kyung Joon". We're taken back to the moment in the park when they said "I love you" to each other. The end.

WTF? That's it? That was terrible. One of the worst endings I've seen in a while. There was nothing about Yoon Jae. Nothing between the brothers. They wouldn't even show Kyung Joon's face in the final scene. They obviously copped out fearing how Korean viewers would react. I'm seriously disappointed with this drama.

I did not watch this show - but I did read all the summaries and it took me a bit to be able to sort through the various charcter's names and how they are acting in the show.
