Yoon Jae and Kyung Joon don't swap back. Kyung Jae regains consciousness and goes to Kyung Joon's room. He doesn't remember anything before the accident. Da Ran and Ma Ri fill him on what's happened since then. He's been living as Yoon Jae, married Da Ran while pretending to be him and found his biological parents.
When they get back to the house, Kyung Jae admits to Ma Ri that he's only pretending to have lost his memory from after the accident. He wants to make it easier on Da Ran to forget about him after he disappears.
Da Ran tries to help Kyung Jae remember but he continues to pretend he's lost all memories. Kyung Jae tells Ma Ri to prevent him from meeting Da Ran after they switch back and to never tell him about what happened after the accident.
Da Ran goes for a job interview at a suburban school. Kyung Jae gets worried about Da Ran moving away and not being able to see her so he goes after her. Da Ran doesn't want to forget about everything that happened like Kyung Jae wants her to.
Da Ran and Kyung Jae are meeting with his and her parents. Kyung Jae takes Da Ran by the lake (?) where she was waiting for Yoon Jae. Kyung Jae tells her that he's going to lose his memories from after the accident after he swaps back with Yoon Jae. He's going to disappear from her life and wants Da Ran to forget about him. He tosses the KKJ watch into the lake and leaves.
Da Ran remembers some of the stuff that's happened with Kyung Jae. She doesn't want to forget it all. Da Ran goes into the water looking for the watch. She then rushes to the meeting between their parents. Kyung Jae is attempting to tell everyone that things will go back to normal soon but Da Ran interrupts him. She tells both parents, Ma Ri and Choong Shik that she loves "KKJ".

I'm disappointed. I've been waiting for them to swap back. Not much happens in this episode either. We're down to the finale. Something has to happen in that episode.
