I hope I am posting this right. If not please forgive me and I will have have to try and figure this out. So here goes...
Hi I am new to this forum. I have been watching K-dramas for years and have been looking for Chicago based groups to share dramas with and continue with my studies of the Korean language. I hope I am welcome and that I can get to know other K-drama addicts like myself. If I have made an error in my posting please let me know so that I can do better next time.

Hello and welcome to the board. Glad to have another K-Drama fan here. This board has been around since 2003. The staff and most of the regulars are from Chicago but we have members from different parts of the US and the world.

Hi, rareangel, welcome to the Best Korean drama fan board. ;D Our mods are very intelligent and helpful, and have good senses of humor. (Okay Bo, grammar correction needed?)  Our board is the most ORGANIZED and easy to use and negotiate than any other board I have checked out. None of them seem to be able to keep the various K-dramas in an orderly fashion so you can easily access the drama and episdodes you are watching or want to check out the general opiions of the fans to see if it is one you think you would enjoy. We have many ages represented here and almost all of our members are well educated and can think and communicate in an orderly fashion . We do stray off topic once in a bit, but for the most part we do follow the rules  -- We welcome new members with open arms -- just follow the rules about spoilers - we do get peckish about that - well most of us do - but other than that and NO PROFANITY - it's freedom of speech here and we can agree or diagree - but we keep it civil at all times - or the mods will "get " you  |

Welcome, rareangel! If you live in the Chicago area, maybe you'd enjoy the annual Korean festival August 18-19 on Bryn Mawr Ave. at Kedzie.
