This morning's rebroadcast has the scene you all must've realized was missing from the Fri. evening broadcast -- Woon-kyu goes to Ja-young's house to find out what happened to Ji-min when he was missing. It was the scene that caused Grandma to have such a fit it almost wrecked her...Tae-young had to rush home to minister to her.
As usual, WK really was extremely obnoxious. Grandma demanded at once WK leave and said she doesn't know who his grandson is and that Ji-min is not Sang-min's son. She just kept ordering WK to leave in a very angry tone and told him to mind his own business. WK was a big jerk about it, as is his style these days. He was really nervy, telling her to be more careful with his grandson and tried calling for Ji-min, who I suppose was at preschool. Later, WK wondered where JM might be, which I thought showed a stunning degree of stupidity. WK must realize by now JM goes to preschool during the day, as WK has been by there a few times already.
The confrontation in the atrium got really heated, w/ Grandma yelling to MR to run and get salt. She returned w/ a bowl of salt, but WK had just left. Grandma took the dish of salt and started toward the door, but was suddenly stricken from the excitement and had to sink down very fast. MR took the bowl back and volunteered to "do it" herself, asking if she just scatters it around, then looked out the door and tossed a few handfuls on the sidewalk, which was now deserted. I have no idea what this would accomplish. Unless you threw the salt right in the guy's eyes, or dumped a whole lot of it in his food, I can't see how tossing salt after him would keep him away. ;D
I wonder if they couldn't all pool their money to get one of those remote entry locks released only by intercom buzz that everyone else in Seoul seems to have. W/ the number of times that pesty old WK has shown up uninvited, seems to me it would be a wise investment.
