When Kyung Jae asks Da Ran what she said, she spazzes out. During the movie Kyung Jae asks Da Ran if she likes him. After she responds that she was happy that he came because it was a horror movie and she didn't want to watch it alone. But that she had been getting confused of late. He says he's not going to go there. That he doesn't have the confidence to turn her away if she comes on to him. So not to get too clingy with him.
Since Kyung Joon is in a coma, Choong Shik wonders who Ma Ri is about. Yoon Jae's mother meets with Se Young. His mother asks about Kyung Joon's condition. She asks Se Young to keep her updated if there are any changes.
Kyung Jae and Da Ran goes to his aunt and uncle's restaurant. Kyung Jae mentions that Yoon Jae was looking for someone. Da Ran doesn't know who it might be. Kyung Joon's uncle ass if Kyung Jae was sent by Kyung Joon's father. The uncle explains that when Kyung Joon was born the dad only looked at him once and Hee Soo, Kyung Joon's mom, called him "teacher". Kyung Jae tells Da Ran that he doesn't know anything about his father. That his mother never talked about him. Da Ran asks if they should try and find him. Kyung Jae doesn't think he'd want to be found.
Back at the hospital, Se Young wonders if Yoon Jae and Kyung Joon are related. She has a DNA test done on Kyung Joon and Yoon Jae's mother.
On the way home, Da Ran remarks that she thinks she's seen the miracle drawing somewhere before. Kyung Joon responds that it was done by his father and it's one of a kind. She wants to help Kyung Jae find his father if he wants to look for him. They go shopping for something made in china that Da ran can use as gifts. They buy bear dolls and paint them as pandas. They have a contest to see who paints their panda correctly. The winner doesn't have to do any chores. Kyung Jae wins.
Ma Ri and Choong Shik go to Kyung Jae's house in the morning. Da Ran is trying to get Kyung Jae to eat beans but he doesn't like them. He eats them anyway. After seeing how sad Ma Ri is that he ate the beans, Choong Shik concludes that she must like Kyung Jae.
Ma Ri tells Da Ran to scold Kyung Jae if he likes things as they are and doesn't want to go back to his own body. Da Ran is asked to write a piece for a magazine. Da Ran asks if Kyung Jae if he wants to find his father but he doesn't want to.
The paternity test results show that Yoon Jae's mother is Kyung Joon's biological mother. Se Young wonders if she should tell Kyung Jae.
Back at home, Kyung Jae and Da Ran discuss Yoon Jae's relationship with his parents. He seemed to only get along with his mom. While Kyung Jae was in the US with Yoon Jae's mom, he never met Yoon Jae's dad. They both wonder about the significance of the date June 24. Kyung Jae asks Da Ran if she remembers anything else about June 24 (his birthday). She doesn't.
Da Ran has to submit a written piece on June 24. She's going to write about why she became a teacher. She plans on using Yoon Jae's essay on why he became a doctor as reference. We get a flashback of Yoon Jae saying he decided to become a doctor at the age of 18 because of someone who saved his life. He wanted to do the same for others. Da Ran asks Kyung Jae what he wants to be. Kyung Jae says he'll be whatever Da Ran tells him to be. So to think about that and why June 24 is important. Da Ran then remembers that June 24 is Kyung Joon's birthday.
Back at the hospital, Se Young asks Kyung Joon's aunt about him. She asks if Hee Soo was really his biological mother. Kyung Joon's aunt remember her being pregnant with Kyung Joon. Because the DNA test results show that Yoon Jae's mother is also Kyung Joon's mother, Se Young concludes that Hee Soo must have been a surrogate.
Ma Ri wants to help Kyung Jae find his father. He wants the dad to look after Kyung Jae so Da Ran doesn't have to. Kyung Jae wonders if he's being a burden to Da Ran.
Da Ran thinks she should stop worrying about Kyung Jae and start thinking about her future with Yoon Jae. She remembers waiting for him on his birthday so they could a ride a bike together. To not be a burden to Da Ran, Kyung Jae starts helping with the house chores. He tells Da Ran to rest.
Da Ran goes to the park hoping to find her old self. Ma Ri goes to the house to see Kyung Jae. She tells him she has information on his father. She found his mom's homeroom teacher, Park Min Kyu. Yoon Jae's father is in Korea. He meets with Professor Park. Professor Park mentions meeting with Yoon Jae and that he asked about Hee Soo and Kyung Joon. He asks Yoon Jae's father if he's found Kyung Joon. He answers that he hasn't. Ma Ri wants Kyung Jae to find his father but he says he's fine by himself.
Back at the park, Da Ran has trouble finding the bench where she waited for Yoon Jae. She gets a call from Kyung Jae. He's at the park and is looking for her. While Da Ran waits for Kyung Joon, she feels herself anxiously waiting for him. She hides from Kyung Jae and tells him not to look for her. That he's not the one she should be waiting for. Kyung Jae says he understands and leaves.
When he gets back home, Kyung Jae has a similar dizzy spell to the one he experienced at the airport. Ma Ri checks on Kyung Joon at the hospital. She calls Da Ran to ask about Kyung Jae. She wonders if they switched back and heads home. She finds Kyung Jae lying on the couch. He's still Kyung Jae. Da Ran breaks down and start crying.
There's no change with Kyung Joon at the hospital. Da Ran thinks she's nuts over how she feels. Kyung Jae thinks she's crying because she's disappointed and wants Yoon Jae back. Da Ran takes a day off from work.
Se Young meets with Yoon Jae's mother. She says she has an update on Kyung Joon's condition. When Yoon Jae's mother looks worried, she asks if she wants to go see him for herself. Yoon Jae's mother says that she doesn't. Se Young asks why she doesn't if he's her son. Yoon Jae's mother explains that Yoon Jae was really sick when he was 12. They needed a sibling to save Yoon Jae but she couldn't have more children. They had a child using Hee Soo, Kyung Joon's mother, as a surrogate. That's how Kyung Joon was born. Yoon Jae's mother doesn't recognize him as her son. She doesn't want Yoon Jae and Kyung Joon to be connected any more than they already are.
When Kyung Jae returns from buying Da ran medicine, he finds her gone. He finds her at the park. She says she's fine now. Kyung Jae offers to disappear if it'll make things easier for her.

So it's confirmed. They are definitely brothers. Although we still don't know a whole lot about Yoon Jae, it's safe to say he wasn't a cheater at this point. He seemed like a nice guy. I wonder if and when they'll switch back and we'll get more of Yoon Jae's story.
