Da Ran and Kyung Jae go to the hospital to check on Kyung Joon. He hasn't woken up yet. Se Young runs tests on Kyung Joon. Other than still being in a coma, they can't find anything wrong with him. Se Young is surprised to see them since they're supposed to be on their honeymoon. Da Ran says they were at the hospital, heard about Kyung Joon and wanted to check on him.
Da Ran and Kyung Jae argue outside the hospital. They decide to go on their own separate vacations. Ma Ri goes to Kyung Jae and Da ran's house. Ae Kyung isn't quite ready to end her fake relationship with PE teacher Na just yet. Da Ran goes to a sauna. Her parents and Choong Shik are there. Kyung Jae goes home and runs into Ma Ri. She took over a room on the 2nd floor of the house. She wants to live there but Kyung Jae won't let her.
Choong Shik spots Da Ran at the sauna but doesn't get a good look at her. He only thinks it's someone that looks like her. He calls Da Ran but she claims to be in China. Da Ran is able to get away before Choong Shik discovers it's her. While heading home, Da Ran's parents and Choong Shik run into Kyung Jae on the street. They ask Kyung Jae why he's not in China with Da Ran. Kyung Jae says that he had to work so Da Ran went on the honeymoon by herself.
After hearing that Choong Shi thought he had seen Da Ran at a sauna, Kyung Jae calls Da Ran. Da Ran is surprised that he knows where she's at. He explains that he ran into her parents and is at her house. He told them that she went to China on her own. That she can go back to their house.
Yoon Jae's mother is heading back to the US. Se Young thinks Da Ran and Kyung Jae didn't go on their honeymoon so he could bid his mom farewell. She explains about seeing him in the hospital and him checking on Kyung Joon's condition. Yoon Jae's mom is surprised to learn that the student involved in Yoon Jae's accident is named Kyung Joon. She calls Yoon Jae's dad and confirms that the boy he his looking for, Hee Soo's son (Kyung Joon's mother), is named Kyung Joon. She wonders if Yoon Jae found him.
Kyung Jae is spending the night with Da Ran's parents. Da Ran goes home. He brings Da Ran dinner from her parents house. Kyung Jae tells her to pretend she's back from China and pick him up from her parents house the next day.
Yoon Jae's mother goes to see Kyung Joon in the hospital. She remarks about not not seeing him when he was born. That this is the first time she's seeing him and leaves. The next morning Kyung Jae hears from the nurse that a lady came the previous night to see Kyung Joon. Kyung Jae and Ma Ri go to the restaurant owned by Kyung Joon's uncle to get his things. In exchange for his belongings, he gives them the number of the chef that worked for Kyung Joon's mother. Kyung Joon's aunt and uncle wonder if Kyung Jae was sent by Kyung Joon's father to secretly help them.
Kyung Jae meets with Yoon Jae's mother. She tells him that Yoon Jae was looking for someone before the accident. She used to hope they wouldn't meet. Kyung Jae responds that he has no interest in the past.
Da Ran pretends to be back from China. Ma Ri hands her a box with some of the stuff she left behind, mainly keepsakes of her relationship with Yoon Jae, to take home with her. When she gets back home, Kyung Jae is upset to see Da Ran show up with the box. He takes Yoon Jae's things out of his room and gives them to Da Ran. Da Ran's things fall on the floor. They argue some more. Da Ran asks if Kyung Jae is upset because he was uncomfortable staying with her parents. He responds that they should put some distance between them, since it's not him that's really part of her family.
Kyung Jae goes to the hospital. In order to thank him for his with seminar material, Woo Jin gives Kyung Jae theater tickets. To get back at PE teacher Na, Ae Kyung asks the Vice Principal to set her up on a blind date. Choong Shik wants go see a movie with Ma Ri but she takes both tickets.
Da Ran asks Kyung Jae to buy bread but he refuses. After realizing he's just behaving like the little kids at the hospital, Kyung Jae goes to buy bread. When he gets home, he sees that Da Ran washed his clothes and organized his room. He calls Da Ran and tells her that he's leaving something for her underneath the bread. Kyung Jae has Da Ran's tape player fixed.
Da Ran finds the theater ticket and gets ready to go. She runs into Ma Ri outside. Da Ran says she's on her way to meet Kyung Jae. Ma Ri wants to go with Kyung Jae and exchanges tickets with Da Ran.
Se Young overhears Yoon Jae's mother on the phone. She hears her say that she doesn't recognize Kyung Joon as her son. That her only soon is Yoon Jae.
Kyung Jae is surprised when Ma Ri shows up. She explains that she exchanged tickets with Da Ran. Kyung Jae doesn't want to see the play anymore and leaves. Da Ran goes to the movie theater. Kyung Jae appears a short while after. She's surprised by how happy she is to see him.

Wait.. but if they are brothers, then that means she's falling for her husband's brother. What a twisted love triangle.
