Kyung Jae stops Da Ran from opening the door to Se Young's apartment and carries her away. Se Young comes out but doesn't see Kyung Jae or Da Ran.
Da Ran goes to the hospital hoping to see Kyung Joon's body but isn't able to do so because Ma Ri. While going through Yoon Jae's office, Da ran notices the photo of her and Yoon Jae missing. She looks for it and finds a plan ticket to LA with Yoon Jae's name on it. She concludes that Yoon Jae must have gotten tired of her. Ma Ri wants Kyung Joon to forget all about Da ran when he wakes up.
Da Ran goes home and gets drunk. Kyung Jae comforts her when she starts crying after seeing him. Kyung Jae is gone by the time Da Ran wakes up the next morning. Kyung Jae is at home when he gets a call from Ma Ri. She wants Kyung Joon's wallet and she believes Kyung Jae has it. When Kyung Jae ignores her, she finds out where he lives from Choong Shik. She tricks Kyung Jae into opening the door by telling him that Kyung Joon woke up so she can come inside. Kyung Jae distracts Ma Ri so he can hide his bad before she sees it. Ma Ri is there for the drawing in Kyung Joo's wallet. She says it's important to Kyung Joon so she wants it. Kyung Jae won't hand it over so she kicks him in the crotch, grabs the wallet and leaves.
Da Ran meets with Se Young. Se Young asks if Kyung Jae and Da Ran were the people outside her apartment the previous night. Se Young tells Da Ran that Yoon Jae was kind. That Yoon Jae must have felt a need to care for Da Ran and that's why he wouldn't leave her. When Da Ran reminds Se Young that Yoon Jae fell for her at first sight, Se Young tells Da Ran she had broken up with her boyfriend on the day of the wedding. That Yoon Jae was in a rush to go meet up with Se Young. That they could ask Yoon Jae to be sure. Da Ran storms off.
Da Ran goes to the hospital. Kyung Jae runs into her there. She tells him that her wedding photoshoot is the following day so not to be late. Se Young asks Woon Jin's for a contact number of Yoon Jae's parents. She calls Yoon Jae's mom and tells her about the accident. Yoon Jae's mom decides to go to Korea.
Da Ran tells her mom that she needs to speak with her about something after the wedding photoshoot. Choong Shik thinks something is going on with Da Ran and Yoon Jae that they're trying to hide. While going through Da Ran's room, her mom concludes that she must be pregnant.
Choong Shik tags along for the wedding photoshoot. He sends some photos to Ma Ri. She is shocked by how much Kyung Jae resembles Kyung Joon. Da Ran tells Kyung Jae that she doesn't plan to go through with the wedding. She just wants to have the photoshoot as a memory. Da Ran plans on telling everyone the wedding is off. She tells Kyung Jae to use the plane ticket that Yoon Jae had. That he doesn't need to act like Yoon Jae anymore. Kyung Jae kisses her so they'll have a memory of their own.
Yoon Jae's mom arrives in Korea. Choong Shik overhears Da Ran and Kyung Jae talking about the wedding being cancelled and charges at Kyung Jae. After a couple of punches, Kyung Jae is able to get away. Since Choong Shik found out about the wedding being called off, Da Ran plans to tells her parents she doesn't want to marry Yoon Jae anymore.
Da Ran's relatives are over for a visit. Choong Shik can't tell his parents about Da Ran and Kyung Jae. When Da Ran gets home, she's hesitant to say anything to her parents. Choong Shik finds a congratulatory cake on a pregnancy and asks if Da Ran is pregnant. Da Ran insists that she's not. She's forced to tell her parents the wedding has been cancelled. Da Ran explains that Yoon Jae didn't want to a doctor anymore after the accident. She didn't want to marry him if he wasn't going to be a doctor. Da Ran's mom gets upset with her and chases Da Ran around the house. Da Ran is able to get away, goes outside and runs into Kyung Jae.
Kyung Jae tells Da Ran's parents that Da Ran called the wedding off after learning he was regularly going to strip clubs. Da Ran's parents tell Kyung Jae he did wrong and leave it up to them whether they want to get married or not. Da Ran tells Kyung Jae she'll tell them she can't forgive him and the wedding is off. Kyung Jae gets a call from Yoon Jae's mom. She's in Korea and wants to meet with him.
Yoon Jae's mom tells Kyung Jae and Da Ran that Se Young told her about the accident. She wants Kyung Jae to go back to the US with her. Kyung Jae tells Da ran that they should get married so he can stay. Da Ran doesn't want to.
The next day Kyung Jae takes Kyung Joon out of the hospital and plans to drive them both off a bridge. Ma Ri finds Kyung Joon missing and calls Da Ran. Kyung Jae gets close to the railing but can't bring himself to do it. When he returns to the hospital, Kyung Jae explains that he was trying to find a way for Kyung Joon to wake up.
Kyung Jae tells Yoon Jae's mom that he lost his memory and can't remember much from before the accident. She asks him to go to the US with her. Kyung Jae plans on going with her and marrying Da Ran when he returns. He wants to "upgrade" himself while he's away. Da Ran laughs at the idea. Kyung Jae asks Kyung Joon's uncle to take good care of him if he ever wants to get his hands on the inheritance money. Kyung Jae gets Kyung Joon's wallet back from Ma Ri. When Da Ran gets to the house, Kyung Jae is already gone. Kyung Jae leaves for the US.
A year passes. Da Ran is attending a wedding. She finally got her teacher's certificate. Da Ran runs into Kyung Jae by the elevator. She asks if he's Kyung Joon but he doesn't respond. He only turns to look at her when she calls him Yoon Jae.

What?! Did they switch back? I doubt it. Kyung Joon probably just wants her to think he's Yoon Jae. Either way, this is getting good. Can't wait for ep 6.
