If there is anyone still watching this drama or maybe even finished watching it could you give us a summary of what has happened since we left it. This is one of my favorite series and I really miss it. It does not have to be as detailed as ajk's summary of Iron Empress. Thank-you in advance

Well, since I guess I’m the only one still watching this show, here’s the latest info, up to episode #44 (which was the episode that aired last night on my TAN satellite station).
Jinpung: Jinpung’s mom is hot to get him married, and she hooked him up with a schoolteacher. Nice girl, pretty - but Jinpung is crazy in love with Sujin (the lawyer) and he isn’t interested in getting hitched to anyone else, even if she’s his mother’s hand-picked choice. Mom knows that, so she went to Sujin and told her flat-out that she’s not an acceptable choice as Jinpung’s wife-to-be.
So, when Jinpung proposes to Sujin, she turns him down, saying that she has too many responsibilities (caring for her late sister-in-law’s son and daughter). Which is partly true, but she’s mainly reacting to being rejected by his mom. Jinpung is heartbroken, and though he has no love for the schoolteacher, he agrees to marry her, just to be an obedient son.
But, when he sees Sujin crying outside the pharmacy, he decides to break off the engagement with the schoolteacher - causing a huge uproar that leaves his mom on a hunger strike, and the rest of the family furious at him.
Daepung: Boksil finally got fed up with Daepung, and she quits her nurse’s job - and without Boksil running things, his medical practice almost immediately falls apart. The family is furious at him. Everyone liked Boksil, and they all know she left because of how badly he treated her. So, he shuts down his medical practice, and goes looking for Boksil. But, he can’t find her. She’s just vanished.
Daepung goes looking for another job, and finds one at a local hospital. And, once on the job, he spots a dead ringer for Boksil, except that she has straight hair (which is much more attractive, I might say). But, her name is “Jennifer,” not Boksil, and she’s a neurosurgeon. And (oh, by the way) her father also owns the hospital. After many denials, she admits that she’s Boksil.
It seems that Boksil showed up at Daepung’s place looking for a nursing job after she ran away from her father. But, after apparently deciding that Daepung was even worse, she decided to go back home and face him.
Daepung tries to win her affections, but the more he tries, the more she dislikes him. Daepung, though, does seem to be winning points with her father (the hospital director). Too bad for Daepung that (as he has to admit) he and her father are the two men she despises most in the whole world.
Boksil’s mother, by the way, was her father’s second woman (I don’t think he was ever even married to her) and Boksil’s mom died alone in California when her father chose to operate on a VIP rather than come and see her in her last, dying hours. So, Boksil’s anger towards her father is understandable.
Seonpung: Seems to be in the middle of a silly brawl between the men and the women, mostly instigated by his MIL (Eunji is going along with the fight, but like Seonpung, she doesn’t seem too enthusiastic about it). It looks like it’ll be a battle about who’ll give in first.
Mipung: Not much going on here. Mipung took Suhui to meet with the army guy who fathered Hana, but he rejected her (rather cruelly) so now she’s back with Mipung’s family. But Suhui and Mipung do seem to be getting closer.
*******
Now, I’m not sure that I’ve got everything right here (since I really haven’t been a regular viewer) but if I got anything wrong, people can chime in.
I think there are 12 more episodes to go on my TAN satellite station, so I’ll try to fill in the details as they happen.

Hey, it's my pleasure. In light of the obvious interest, I'll try to start posting summaries of the show week-by-week, as my time allows. Keep watching for them.
