I am watching this in Cal (the cold part )and we are at Ep 22 anyway i noticed that the week day broadcasts were shorter than the weekend repeat broadcast . For example Ep 18 ran 55 min's but the repeat airing ran 75 min's . Also it was very noticeable with the choppy editing ,it seems the weekday episodes were trimmed so they would finish by 11pm while the repeat showing where two episodes are shown back to back are allocated a two and a half hour time slot so the full version can be shown .
Has any body else noticed anything like this in your neck of the woods ? my feeling is that its a regional thing only .
On my TAN satellite broadcasts, KOTW episodes are regularly running 62-65 minutes long. That's without commericals. I think last night's episode was #33, though, so I'm ahead of you (I think some of the early episodes ran a little longer).
Do your 75 minute episodes include the commericals? If not, then it's possible that I'm probably getting my episodes chopped, too.
I haven't actually noticed any edits so far - but TAN has done some weird editing in the past, so it's possible.
We get one commercial break about 25 min's in that lasts for about 4 min"s . You are right the earlier episodes were longer and the more recent episodes have run 65 /70 mins inc the break .Though ill bet the final episodes will go back to 75 mins ,it seems standard that the first and last few eps are longer I recorded the two Ep 18 broadcast's and found the weekend showing ran 10 mins longer and had scenes that were not aired in the first showing like the Queen's reaction to Mu-Hyul being declared a prince . Ep 20 has Mu-Hyul fighting Jebu while going blind ,he get's the better of Jebu and has him pinned than it cuts to Mu-Hyul back in Goguryeo and having and audience with King Yuri .
