The end of the world must be near--Minjoo doesn't seem to have a humidifier in her room! Also, I remember Sun-joo's hospital room being a lot nicer and bigger than Minjoo's. She even had a separate sitting area where she conversed w/Taeyoung and Miryung. And Sunjoo was just resting there too, Minjoo is actually sick. Maybe Minjoo isn't as powerful as she thinks...

hello ... but remember, MJ was out at a countryside hospital.... i think you do mean when MJ was miscarrying? not, when she in hosp for "minor" car boo boo? cheers, betz in philly I assumed "galactichick" is referring to the present situation...or don't you know about that yet in Philly? If not, stay tuned... Actually, I thought at first she was already home when Sang-min came in to see her in one of the later scenes, but then realized it was still her hospital room. The reason I thought that is because there was a sitting room or something w/ a computer on a desk in it in front of the bed room. Then I saw a refrigerator, and I know they don't have one in their bedroom at home, so I realized it was still the hospital. But the only time I've ever seen a patient room w/ a refrigerator in it is some of these multi-bed rooms that can take something like 4 or 6 patients at a time...which this certainly is not. Korean hospitals must be much, much nicer than the average US ones...at least for patients w/ money or ample insurance (not sure what the Korean health system is). The funny thing is, I think I did notice a humidifier for a quick second in the background of that scene...but it appeared not to be running, as I didn't see any mist coming from it. I can't be positive, but I thought I glimpsed it and when I did, I laughed out loud and said, "Oh there it is! I was wondering why there was no humidifier going...but this one doesn't seem to be running. Will Min-joo be able to recover?" Galactichick and I must think alike! Jade Eyes

Betz, we are on Episode 70-something, so maybe you are still aren't aware of Min-joo's next hospitalization, wait and see... I did notice the huge refrigerator in the background, and how the bed spreads seem so comfy unlike the routine non-eye pleasing ones we have here in the U.S. I will keep my eyes wide open for the humidifier!

thanks - fans for all info....
we are 3 eppys behind in philly, tonite [thurs 11:50 pm] we will get #74 but either way, 2nite we get eppy where SM takes MJ to the hosp... last nite he got the pics thrown at him.... and end of eppy was MJ shaking/bleeding etc.....
BTW my comment about the hosp stays for MJ... i guess this visit now w/bleeding etc.. where someone asked about a humdifier.... guess this is now 3rd visit for her in series.... car boo boo, then the miscarriage, and now hysterectomy [i'm presuming]....
i know we are 3 eppys behind - but i don't care about the spoilers.... just dive in and check the posts out there in chicago land ! does not in any way detract from my addiction and enjoyment of YH to know what's coming up..... hope this series goes on for a while... i think it goes til about 120 or so ? does anyhone know the total # of eppys

Originally, I heard the series was slated for 150 eps. But since then, I've read that no one can say for sure...that it could go on well beyond this, even for years. I've heard people say that some of these darumas persist far past what was first expected. Who can say what will happen here? I also heard that it's very typical for darumas to occasionally jiump forward in time...sometimes even by a year or more. So I'm told we shouldn't be surprised if this happens on YH. I read they have all sorts of ways to indicate the passage of time, such as making the characters look older by changing hairstyles, use of makeup, style of clothes and also changing sets for where they live or work, and changing circumstances. The idea YH might jump forward considerably in time at some point, rather startled me at first. But then I thought about it and now I think it's actually kind of exciting. A very different way to go about telling a story...much more cinematic....something much more likely to happen in a film or mini-series. I'm curious to see how it will all play out...natually, as I guess we all are. And galactichick, I can't be sure about the humidifier. There was something on the counter in the background that looked like it could be a humidifier not running. But maybe not. Perhaps it's an instrument sterilizer...although, again, it's odd there would be one in an ordinary patient room. And I too noticed that comfy looking quilt on Min-joo's bed too. I wonder if Korean hospitals are really as luxurious as depicted in this show. Jade Eyes
