Hello! I'm new here and I don't even live in USA but since I've visited this website more often than not, I just want to tell you that 39th episode of "The Great King Sejong", which was broadcasted on Saturday(17) in Korea, was soooooooo great!! The lines of Taejong and Sejong were just oh-so-great. I think executive producers are very gifted ones.
I'm a korean highschool student, and I just love almost all korean historical dramas, and "The Great King Sejong" is likely to be my favorite one above all, include "IYSS" and "Dae Jang Geum". I just love to watch all these incredibly brilliant schemes and some confucianism shown in bureaucrats' lines. (hope I'm using the right word)
I highly recommend this drama and hope you will watch it with patience until the very end of it. .......Oh, and an excuse for my poor English ¢Ñ¢Ð

JeanK, We really do want to hear your insight! I'm especially interested in hearing if this drama (and other historical dramas) are popular with the youth in Korea. In America, the stations added subtitles which Americans can read. It was meant for children of Koreans who moved here, but it seems like those children didn't really watch the dramas: NON-Korean Americans did instead!
Please feel free to join in the discussions...but please make sure you don't reveal the story of an episode we here in America did not see. (we try to put the episode number in the title).
If you just can't wait, you can start a message, but make sure you type in the episode number in the title.
Thanks again for joining us! (And we hope this can help improve your English! You can also help those of us here trying to learn Korean!)
