First time doing a post - so if not doing right - sue me! Sua me! Anyway - I am a closet K-drama watcher for the last 8 shows and I loved Yellow Hankerchief the best. Anyway - is anyone annoyed about how they always have the girl's hair pulled back into a severe bun and then 1/2 through the drama - they bring it down to make t hem look prettier. I would like to see Danpunp's down. I don't think she is that pretty -- but Yugeong looks much better with her hair down now. Sua - always had her hair down and now it is bunned when Yugeong's is down. Weird but I am sure they are doing it on purpose. Welcome aapter, I thought "Yellow Handkerchief" was a very good drama too. I've noticed the pulled back hair in other K-dramas as well. It's most of the younger characters who wear their hair like that. They do look better with their hair down. Like soapygrams said in another thread, maybe it's a cultural thing. There are some pictures posted of the actress that plays Danpung and she looks really cute.

Ginny, I'm surprised you haven't seen YH - I saw it and was enthralled with it and it wasn't even the first K-drama I saw. I don't remember Lee Tae ran, the female lead in YH, changing her hair do in a different style, except I think she had a shorter cut. The K-drama with Schreech Mom was My Sweetheart/My Darling - as a good LCH fan, you don't remember that one? LOL - Okay - I know sometimes they all run together since we watch them back to back and also are probably watching an historical and other modern K-dramas all at the same time. Sometimes I think we need a scorecard to keep track of all the players LOL! ;D I started watching one of the historical dramas and didn't know there were others. For some reason I never checked the channel at other times. Wang Gun or the one before it, I think. There was a blind monk who became king. I guess I only watched it late at night, when channel surfing before sleeping. Oh, maybe that was the only tv that got the channel. These shows run together for me, too. I'm so grateful to have Korean Wiz as a resource to check names and actors.

Today when I turned on the tv, the show was already on. Did I miss anything? Sua and Seonjae were greeting SJ's parents and sister and then they all sat down. Thanks in advance.

:oHi Ginny, I don't know - I put the show on at about 4 mins after 6:00 and it was already past the scene you described. This schedule flip-flop is driving me goofier than I already am ;D Good thing I'm not recording it - Bad enough that I have to keep running to the back of the house to see if it's on yet LOL - well, exercise is exercise

Today when I turned on the tv, the show was already on. Did I miss anything? Sua and Seonjae were greeting SJ's parents and sister and then they all sat down. Thanks in advance. when i turned it on everyone was rushing to the hospital (baehko miae her father and aunt) to see jiyeong. all she did was take to much sleeping pills for her size. so she just had to sleep them off and then she woke up. miae yelled at her. baehko took off ( in sua's car heeheehee ;D) to get seonjae so he could come and she jiyeong because she was calling for him. seonjae won't answer his phone so baehko calls sua. she tells him that seonjae was taking her home. that is were baehko & seonjae finally meet. baehko drags seonjae out of his car and tells him that jiyeong is in the hospital and she is calling for him. he could care less, which sets baehko off and they start to fight. so the scene were you came in on was sort of in the middle of all of this. i hope this helps

Thanks a bunch for the veoh link as well. I tried it and the only thing that's holding me back is that I have dial up.

I love jyeongs new hair style. i can't stand seongae's hair. he has too much and it looks to big. he looks like a ken doll. he needs a hair cut bad. and a personality and heart transplant while he is at it. selfish and greed all come for a price... that is the message i give to mrs na, seongae and even sua.. she only wanted him because some one else had him....

Seonjae is definitely not aging well with the episodes ... appearance wise, or character wise. He's also looking less trustworthy and more shifty.
Jiyeong is far too good for him, and deserves much better. Hopefully, she'll find it soon.

Shifty is the perfect word, MisterBill! His slightly wobbly eye, poufy hair, rigid jaw. He's turning out to be the villain of the story, creepier with each episode. I wonder if the writers will try to rehab him at the end like they sometimes do.

I've noticed his "aging" too. He's not even married yet and things are already taking a toll on him. Even though he tries not to show it, his guilty conscience and seeing what he will have to put up with Sua is bothering him. Ah, the price of greed.

I wonder if the writers will try to rehab him at the end like they sometimes do. Yes... a villain ... and not an almost loveable villian like General Xue Regui whose smile always seemed to make a bad situation kind of ok. Seonjae never smiles or laughs. When Fishlips/SnakeEyes met with Jyeong and told her to stop meeting The Villain, Jyeong blew it by not saying ... "Hey FLSE, HE called ME and asked to meet with him. It wasn't my idea." I can't wait to see the happy couple after they're married and living in matrimonial bliss ;D

Hyenou is getting really creepy!! he is always smiling to danpung but is ready to explode. it looks like he is one of those boyfriends who would beat up their girlfriend when they get jealous but look innocent and nice to the outside world. he has two faces... scary!!
