Sushimi, I love your use of the word "alchemy," though I hope you won't mind my mentioning that I don't think it means exactly what you intended. I know you are in France, so you probably wouldn't mind a hint about English. "Alchemy" has to do with the process by which "scientists" (ha-ha) in the old days tried to find a way of turning cheap substances into gold. Of course, this process was never discovered. We usually say "chemistry" to express what I think you intended.
But--and this is the reason I took the chance of hurting your feelings by pointing it out, sushimi--"alchemy" also sort of fits, because after all, didn't the three actors turn out to be greater together than individually? The actress playing Eun-hye, in particular, wouldn't necessarily stand out in another cast, though I think she's very good; but in the way she works with the two men, especially Day, something different and interesting happens. She really caught my interest in the beginning of the show, when she was harsh and teasing with Day. That was a great character trait. I would have responded to him by being maternal and trying to coddle him because he's so darn cute, but she acted like a mean older sister, and he responded to it really well.
I wish we could see something of his portrayal of Dracula! Maybe a clip of it will show up on one of the news or cultural shows.

I too, would like to see Dr. Park as Dracula, I think he would be terrific. At first I didn't like him at all, not even the way he looks, but he has grown on me and now I find him attractive. It was sweet that he remembered that when he was in the army his mother had served him better food than everyone else. I am sure he will find out why she abandoned him, and that they will reconcile.

Lucy, you're right, I'm in France and something I take the wrong words to say what I want to say... But you not disappointed me, it's better when you left the good word... Yes, I agree with you when we can see that the three characters turn out together than individually... Kim did a good job because she's different with Day and Dr Park... I'm sorry, like I always said, sometimes my english is not good, I don't really want to open my english dictionnary, but it's good to know that everyone understand what I'm trying to say... Gpaul, I hope that Lee Jonghyeuk will be good in Dracula, even if I know I couldn't never see him....

You're right about that. I hadn't noticed that in particular, but she is different with Dr. Park. It always seemed like she was intimidated by him, and when the three of them were together, it was like she and Day were the kids and he was the angry grownup. She and Day sort of naturally went together, but of course she was impressed with the doctor and Day was immature, even after he became smart. So I wasn't sure who she was really going to fall for at the beginning. I'm glad that she at least came to appreciate Day and that incredibly generous love he gave her no matter what she did.
If Day doesn't make it, I think she will go back to Dr. Park, don't you guys?

I don't think she would go back with Dr. Park. I think she does care about him, but doesn't love him like she loves Day. Like in that scene where they are standing by the car, he's holding her hand and in her mind she's saying something like "its sad how you realize you care for someone when its to late." (something like that) So in a way she was feeling sorry for herself and for Dr. Park, they are in the same situation. She didn't realize she cared for Day until later, Dr. Park didn't realize he loved Eunhye until it was to late. The whole thing is just sad. It's probably going to be have one of those depressing tear jerker endings, where everybody just ends up alone. I hope that at least Minjoo and Padlock can get married and be happy.

I guess I was thinking that if Day's out of the picture, Dr. Park is the next best thing. He's probably going to end up having the same feelings for Day (minus the romantic part--just the appreciation), and they've all been through it together . . .
I think Minjoo and Padlock will be together for sure. Hey, weren't they hilarious in that montage of costume photos? They both did a great job. The costumes were dumb for the most part, but their expression were priceless. Padlock as the shy lady in hanbok and Minjoo dressed in male hanbok really made me laugh.

Alexa, I remember when Dr Park said to Eunhye that he never realized that it could be good to just take Eunhye's hand... The end is not sad that the ep13 (I cried so much!) but it's a little sad for everyone...
Lucy, I agree, Minjoo have this good idea to do photos... I thought when Eunhye came to Haru's bedroom and said that they never do photos together... It's not right if Eunhye will go back with Dr Park, because he knows she loves Haru, and their feelings, for both, cannot be the same that the first time....

Sushimi, you're right, he does look rather scandalous in that last pic. He's so handsome.
