Could someone please recap this (7/6) episode for me? I don't even know the number, because I couldn't read it. My reception has been so bad that I've missed 2 of this week's episodes and could only guess at what was happening on Wednesday. Last night (Thursday) my tape was completely incomprehensible. Thank you very much.

The biggest scene in last night's episode was Suk-hyun told Nara that Jong-nam is pregnant with his baby. And Min-sook and Jae-ok overheard what he said! All 3 women are very shocked. Before this happened, Jong-nam offered Nara a glass of water (in Ki-woong's kitchen at home). Nara angrily pushes it away causing it to fall and break on the floor. But the push also made Jong-nam stumbled and hit her stomach on the counter. She was in pain and SH came to see what was going on. He was mad at Nara and told her that JN hasn't been feeling why. Nara wants to know why and JN tried to stop SH from answering, but SH said that JN is carrying his child.
Hae-in and Ki-woong are back from their honeymoon. There is a celebration "welcome home" party at his house. The day before that, Hae-in and Ki-woong are at HI's house. Her parents like KW very much (even HI's mom likes him now!)
Grandma tells Nara to forgive Jae-man, but Nara refuses. Jae-man tries to be nice to Nara, but she doesn't want to talk to him.
Jae-man calls Ok-doo. Ok-doo cries and tells him to forget about her and just be good to his wife. Jae-man had told Jae-do that his relationship with Ok-doo was "pure and innocent." It was an affair, but not in the regular sense or whatever it was he was trying to say.
There were other scenes like JN and SH eating out, SH buying meat for his mom because JN told him to, and maybe a few more, but I forgot now.

Thank you so much, Lovely! I can't believe that Nara. It's so unnecessary to be that mean. She always gets physical. She has no morals at all--just an alley cat.
What has been shown of the honeymoon over the last few days? I saw that KW fell asleep the first night, but was there anything romantic shown? Usually the K dramas will give some hint as to the couple's adjustment to "married life," even if it's just something funny or cute.
thanks again.

You're welcome, Lucy!
I didn't see the whole honeymoon scene, but there were cute moments with KW and HI. They were bike-riding together. They also chased each other around a tree. HI fell off her bike and threw a little tantrum. But KW cheered her up. I think KW and HI call each other the Korean word for "honey" not 'yobo'....I think it was 'tan-shin'? Meaning dear or sweetheart? I'm not sure. I thought I heard KW refering to HI as 'tan-shin' and not Hae-in anymore.

I don't know if this is the right day or not but: Yes, Hae-in had a melt-down after she fell. She was overtired and cranky. Ki-woong said he'd carry her; HI asked are you Superman, you can't carry me and the bikes. She even pushed him so he fell, when he was telling her to get on his back. (surprising!) Next scene they and their bikes were in the back of a truck and they were smiling and laughing. Jae-man snooped in Grandma's things to find the red embroidered envelope that Grandpa left her, because he'd been told he'd have to leave when the honeymooners came back, and he wanted money. Grandma caught him and scolded him, you're not just an adulterer, you're a thief too! Oh, no , he claimed, she didn't understand. hmmmpf. When Nara pushed Jung-nam, it looked like she might have hit her in the stomach with the filled pitcher of cold water. It hurt a lot, for a while. After SK confessed the pregnancy, Jae-ok kept hitting her, and Min-sook came between them and held JN and said you have to treat her gently, or something like that. And Nara gave her a LOOK. Then Nara left, SH left, JM caught up with SH and went home with him. Nara made him sleep on the couch in the study.

Thanks, ginnycat! Oh, that Jaeman. I can't believe he would steal from his own aged mama. Yeah, she doesn't understand. You know, I was able to make out a little bit of Haein's cranky fit in between the interference and fuzz. I couldn't understand what she was upset about. She was so tired after just one day of bicycling (with those dumb balloons still attached ) that I wonder if they really did "consummate" on that trip.

Lucy, here's some more detail: (this is all from Friday) After Nara shoved Jongnam and Sukhyun held her and comforted her, Nara asked Does she have a fatal disease? And this morning it was, Does she have an incurable illness? What's up with the change of subtitles? Grandma sort of fainted after finding out about JN's pregnancy. She was so upset she wouldn't/couldn't accept the newlyweds bow. Haein asked Isn't it good news about the pregnancy? MS said everyone is upset. MS also scolded the couple about the way they refer to each other now that they are married. So the elaborately said something that sounded to me like formal word endings. ?
MS was bringing the couple some tea later, and smiled when she heard HI scolding KW, go wash up. KW: you're hurting my ear, I'm not a dog! /because KW had just fallen on the bed in his finery instead of changing.
Jaeok locked her bedroom door and wouldn't answer or let JN in.
Nara called JN and said let's meet tomorrow, don't tell SH. And JN agreed!! MS couldn't sleep and wondered what Nara meant when she said You won't be able to keep the baby. MS decided that N was just angry then. So in the morning MS went to see her and Nara told her she's taking JN to the hospital, not to confirm the preg., but to get an abortion. And don't interfere.
Daejong barged in on the couple while they were tickling each other, and there was something about KW:don't be a mean sisterinlaw, HI:no, times have changed, DJ:okay, I'll polish your shoes and do everything and she seemed cowed. ??
Jaeok said I'm not your mom, don't call me Mom.

Well, once again I wasn't able to see my tape. It's really heartbreaking, the horrible reception I get. And even if I set my VCR so that the reception is decent, the atmosphere and broadcast waves and whatever will have changed by the time the show is on, and of course I'm not there to fix it, so I get nothing but snow.
I'm trying to tape the rerun this morning, so maybe I will be able to keep up that way.

And the station doesn't make it any easier by varying the start time by an hour, sometimes!
