I got my OST from annyoung.com last night and I love it! It has all the nice songs, the intro song with the lady singing and the haunting opera (Una Lettera) which I can't help but listen to over and over and over. I highly recommend it. When you listen to it, I swear you can almost see Soonie, Youngie and the other family members, either laughing, crying, being sad etc. depending on the song.

I just found it rather odd to find an advertisement for a skin moisturizer "used by the Hollywood stars to achieve a NY complexion" on the last page of the booklet for the cd. A little while later, I have finished listening to the disc and would highly recommend it to any fan of the show, in total agreement with galacticchick. Aside from the fact that the music instantly recalls visual images of the touching scenes, the songs are just that: songs. I usually shy away from soundtracks because aside from the theme and a featured song, the remainder of the album is often fleshed out with disconnected musical cues lasting anywhere from 5 sec to a bit over a minute. Not the case here, not one song under 3 minutes in length, and furthermore, these are the lush sounds I remember from childhood, not the jarring mood altering incidental music which is so prevelant today.
