For some reason..i was really wondering...when did Yoshira appear? It feels like he just came out of nowhere, and has become a major player for the Japanese.
Just curious.. (in case you forgot, he's the bald Japanese, dressed like a monk, who was trying to negoiate with the Chinese as well as even Yi Soon Shin at the end; he had some success with the Chinese)

Yoshira appeared from ep. 87 (or 88) as a Hang-wae (Japanese defector) who became a high official in the Chosunese court. Konish Yukinaga brought him around by money, so he leaked half-true (half-false) information about Kato Kiyomasa's invasion intentionally to the Chosunese court, which made YSS who had refused to attack Kato discharged and tortured by the King.

Yes but his main reason for being in the Chosunese Gov. was to act as spy for japan.

88--are you using multiple sign-in names? It appears to me that you are. Could you please just pick one that seems, you know, personal to you, and use that consistently? So people can know their correspondents? We'd appreciate it.
If I am mistaken, please accept my apology.

That's a good question, tim. But, didn't Hong (Aki) also go by only one name? Maybe it's a spy thing. LOL.
