So the Chosunese/Japanese Potter was sneaking YSS some info. I knew he was going to give in eventually and help YSS. I think he is trying to redeem himself for joining the country that killed his family and friends. I just feel horrible that in last night episode though he was trying to help YSS, and let him know that the Japanese were going to sail on July 8th, he actually helped out Wakizaka. So now Wakizaka is setting up a trap for YSS, and though I know that YSS never lost a battle, I can't help but feel nervous and try to figure out how in the world YSS is going to get out of it and defeat Wakizaka. Tonights episode should be really good.

Were these potters in the drama, real characters? I don't think they are. Although, it is true that there were thousands of Korean potters who were kidnapped to Japan. They were also immigrants to Japan escaping poor treatments by their own country Chosun. This happened all throughout Japan/Korean history. Korean pottery was much admired in Japan, and the Japanese shoguns coveted the Chosun artisans who were treated like a stolen goose that lays golden eggs.
