I was really hurt when his two sons were captured by Kato (that laughing psycopath) and the war wasn't doing good. Heck, even that stupid Ming Warrior jerk face (NO OFFENSE) who rans away back to Ming China after he was ambush by Konishi and lies about to the mishap to the Ming Court.
I felt sorry for Sun-jo and his family. How about you?

I feel bad that he lost 2 of his sons (I doubt they'll be allowed to live). BUT he is not the only one losing sons. Thousands of people lost sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, friends, etc., to the Japanese. Thousands of people saw their family being slaughtered or taken away. Like those people they showed in yesterday's episode that they put in prison and were going to be killed unless their family members lied about the Japanese troops fleeing that town. So I feel bad, not because he's the king, but because he's a father who lost his 2 children, but I also feel horrible for all those other people that lost their children to that war. That has to be one of the hardest things for a parent, to lose a child.

I would like to see what you would do if you were faced in his disposition. I think you would run too if it was death versus living.. But i do feel bad for the king. However it is the korean pesants that suffered the most.

no way-
that king guy is such a _______!
"cho-na! CHO-NA!" grow a spine man! and quit feeling sorry for yourself-
oh, the shame! the shame he brought upon himself-
he should have stood his ground in pyongyang and died fighting, thereby handing over power to the next generation, saving face for himself and the future credability of the chosun throne itself. but he does not think of the overall good of the throne, country, or people, only saving his hide-
i don't feel sorry for him at all. he only cares about the people as far as it suits him and his futile face saving efforts.
how could he not see the invasion from japan in the first place? and dissolve the navy just weeks before the poop hitting the fan? jeez lou-eez-
don't get me started with that "cho-na"-
he is a character i love to hate- hahahaha-
-n.

Do I feel sorry about him? No.
Just wait til you see episode 93, and see what he becomes in the end. Not pretty.
