2005 Chicago K-drama Fan Gathering!

KBS is coming to Chicago from Korea to meet us for the broadcast of their special program titled, "KBS World, the World's Choice," to celebrate KBS World's second year of formation. Please don't get confused KBS with KBC channel 28. KBS is the biggest broadcasting company in Korea.

They are going to pay for the food, and other expenses for our club gathering that needs to happen in about two weeks (any day from June 16th to 19th), so they could tape the gathering and interview some of us. The contact at KBS has indicated they would prefer to have the gathering be at someone's nice backyard/garden with BBQ going on, while watching YSS Specials program or whatever else we choose to watch (preferrably a KBS drama ).

I know it's a very short notice (I told them we'd need at least a month!) but let's give it a shot and try to get this gathering going.

We first need to set up following things:

1. A meeting coordinator.
2. A place.
3. People coming to this place.
4. Time/Date (June 16th to 19th).
