Today's episode of YSS is why males can't stand soap operas/love stories. It takes forever just to tell someone they like each other. I like you but I don't want to show that I like you. I'm gonna pretend that I don't like you so you could like me more. SHUT UP AND KISS ALREADY!!!!!
Lets move on and focus on the more important thing.
THE NINJAS THAT ARE ON THEIR WAY!!!!!! ;D

hahaha skinz. i was thinking during the episode that some men are just so dense...yss among them at this point. that aside.... i think i have figured out why i like mijin better than yon-hwa....it is all about strength....not physical strength, but in every other way. she seems to have more substance....not that i don't like yon-hwa (do i have the name right?)....i just like mijin so much more. i am sure yon-hwa has fine qualities as well....she is kind and gentle for example. the king is smart to call upon sung-ryong for counsel. and chun-su....to borrow a phrase from the admiral (in his diary)..."what a disgrace". he should be ashamed...there is no justification for what he has done.

I like Mijin better also, luvarchfiend. She is so sincere in her ways. Her "intimate" scenes with Soon-shin are so sweet.

Well, the action dropped from ep.20, but the romance drama has picked up. When Yuo-Hwa first saw YSS & Mijin her heart must have totally split in two. Then when it was time that YSS when back to the capital to improve his life, Mijin took it real hard. She also didn't know if YSS and Yuo-hwa were together either. Therefore, we are left with a funny predicament. Mijin and Yuo-Hwa both wanting YSS. However, the odd part is that YSS doesn't even care about a serious relationship as of yet. He just worries about taking care of his life and trying to work to improve the lives of everyone else. Also, at the end of this ep, I feel that something bad is going to happen at the Gong-yo village. The japanese are going to do something, so its time for YSS to draw his "Stop the Spear" sword.

This episode just brightened up my week! I was rewarded with so many SS/Mijin moments ;D GAWD! Didn't you love the way SS kept thinking about Mijin and how Yunwha's efforts were futile! Haha while I was watching it, I was yelling at Yunwha: "That's right! BE jealous!!" Hahaha ;D For some reason, I have a bad feeling that Mijin is gonna die in the next [or maybe next few] episodes. I hope not. I can't believe how I have to wait TEXT to watch the next episode. Don't you have that feeling? It's the only thing I live for in the weekend... Borem...I used to like you.... Anyway, I'm expecting lots of action in the next episode! Both fighting and romance hahahaha.

I felt the same way about YSS. I actually liked the sceens scenes between the women, but the scenes with YSS just seemed silly. He too clueless.
He's an aristocrat, so he should know how it's done. Marry Yon-hwa and make Mijin your concubine. Problem solved. Everyone's happy.
What do you think of my solution?

He doesn't look like the type of guy to have concubines anyway. If anything, it should be vice-versa! Marry Mijin [his real love haha] and if he wants to, he can have Yunwha [don't do it!] Didn't you just love the last half of the episode? He was training and all he could think about was Mijin. DESTINY I tell you! And that last part, he bought her that hair-tie [correct me if I'm wrong] for Mijin. Did you not see how happy he was to go back? Gawd I love his smile haha. It's so innocent looking.

luvarchfiend. I definatley think this is going to add up to a huge battle of some sort. This romance kinda makes the viewers feel even more for what is going on. Like in Age of Warriors after each major warrior moved on it, made everyone reflect on that person in a sad but honorable way. I guess this is a standard from most drama tv shows. Maybe YSS and Yi- Gwa's relationship will have to slowly develop out of turn of events.
For some reason, I personally think that YSS has more of a bond with Mijin because their ancestors were executed schalors. They lived like peasants until the new king was able to do something about it. I am just curious on how YSS will turn around to Yi-Gwa if Mijin is still around.

hi jbones...maybe i am mistaken but i thought that 'Ji Gwa' meant 'stop the spear'....i was agreeing with you that is time for that.
as for the women, i do think that mijin is better suited for him, and that indeed their bond is stronger. as for yon-hwa, she is certainly a fine young woman in her own right....yss will be lucky to end up with either of these women, and that one will be luckier still to end up with him.
action, romance, drama, suspense....this show has it all.
