I really liked the fight scene between Chae ok and Soo Myung. Afterwards, it was like Chae Ok and Yoon were having 2 completely different conversations. He wanted to talk about one thing and she wanted to talk about something else. I have a clip of this scene in case anyone is interested. Even if you're not watching Damo, I recommend downloading this clip if only for the fight scene. Download (link 1) Download (link 2) Download (link 3) size: 9mb Left click on download links.

I like this ep.7 too. But don't you think there is too much flying in this drama and sometime it does not make sence to me. By the way, are they going to air "I am sorry, I love you" drama because the actor seems so cool.

My favorite scene is when Sung-Baek saves Chae-ok by taking the bullet out. He knows she's a police damo, he knows she's his enemy, yet he saves her. And he treated her so gently. It's crazy that they are brother and sister. He seems to have very deep feelings for her, you can tell just by the way he looks at her. Especially when Chae-ok had just gotten shot, and he picked her up and he's riding his horse, the determination in his face to get her to safety, amazing.

4feverfan - I think that they're a bit enamoured with the special effects, myself. However, that's something that takes it out of the realm of historical drama and brings it to fantasy.
It doesn't bother me, though, because they don't seem to use it that often.

I myself like the fighting and the flying scenes. I think it's pretty cool. But I like the storyline too. It keeps you in suspense, because you keep wondering when Chae-ok and Sung-Baek will find out they are brother and sister. What is going to happen to Lt. Yoon and the other guy? Are Lt. Yoon and Chae-ok going to end up together? I mean it keeps me wondering what's going to happen next, and wanting to watch the next episode. And what I really want to know is who killed who? In the first episode Chae-ok and Sung-baek are sword fighting and somebody gets stabbed. I guess I'll have to keep watching to find out!

Well, the flying scenes probably could be done better but I'm with fine with it. By the way, are they going to air "I am sorry, I love you" drama because the actor seems so cool. Not to get off topic but I doubt it. KBC tends to go for more family oriented dramas. I'm kinda surprised they're airing Damo. I'm Sorry, I Love You has stronger content than most Korean dramas. To be honest with you, I wouldn't recommend it to others unless they're used to watching this type of drama. If you've watched and liked SBS What Happened in Bali, KBS Isolation, or another drama that's similar, then you'd probably like it.

So, according to what I've heard about What Happened in Bali, it's a drama where nothing good happens and everyone dies at the end? Lovely.
I've been too spoiled by Hollywood endings so I always think "whatever happens is okay because the important characters will live happily ever after." I'm glad that's not always the case in these dramas, but it's still shocking when it happens.

i watched the clip, and i must say that the fight scene is beautiful. but too much flying around. i think that it could put Ang Lee out of buisness. And that girl is amazing!

Well I personally don't think there's alot of flying around. It's just that there are not alot of shows like that, so people are not use the flying. I think episode 8 had more flying scenes then the previous episodes, but I still didn't think it was alot.

So, according to what I've heard about What Happened in Bali, it's a drama where nothing good happens and everyone dies at the end? Lovely. Speaking of What Happened in Bali, interestingly enough, both So Ji Sup (male lead in KBS I'm Sorry, I Love You) and Ha Ji Won (Chae Ok in Damo) worked in that drama. And you're right, in the final episode of WHIB, Jo In Sung kills SJS and HJW and then he commits suicide. End of drama.
