Thanks for the info on Korean language courses, Jenny & FlowerLady! I may look into the beginning one next year myself, since I'm also in the Northwest burbs and want to be able to enjoy the shows without subtitles.

--Korean course update.....I spoke to the Chairman of the Foreign Language Dept. at Oakton C.C. today. "Beginning Korean I" will be next offered at the Des Plaines and Skokie campuses as a credit course in Fall, 2005. Only the advanced level Korean classes for credit are being offered next semester (Winter/Spring, 2005.) Thanks again for the head-up, Jenny, and hope all is well with you! D'oh! You have to wait a whole year!? They must only have one part-time instructor, who has to teach every Korean class. Flowerlady and Misterbill: I'm so happy you both can take advantage of these courses! And a bit jealous. Viva Le Burbs! P.S. Thanks for asking FL, I'm doing great! How 'bout yourself?

P.S. Thanks for asking FL, I'm doing great! How 'bout yourself? -Hi, Jen! --Doing OK here, thanks for asking! . Hey, I miss your little orange avatar! I know it's good to rotate our "acoutrements", but he was especially cute. Sigh. (Taxi's are delicious.) Can he come back into the avatar rotation once in a while?

Can he come back into the avatar rotation once in a while? Glad to hear you're doing ok! As for Orange Boy, he will probably be making another appearance as my banner, since I've missed a few eps. of Damo. I'm really upset that I can't watch, I really wanted to, but I can't record anything when I switch to the antenna (I can just record cable.). It's nothing that a trip to Radio Shack couldn't fix, but I'm too lazy. I'm asking Santa to bring me the Damo DVD set, so maybe I 'll see it yet!

Isn't there some cable service in Chicago that does include KBC? I thought that one of the satellites did. Also, what about those cable programs that keep your local channels?
I don't have cable. It keeps me strong. Like not going to the doctor when you get sick. Shiver.

My friend just purchased the orignial soundtrack cd at the Asahiya Bookstore located in Mitsuwa. Because "Damo" is being aired on the Japanese station, NHK, the cd has been now available even though it is printed in Japanese as well as Korean. Otherwise, it is awesome.

You can go to Soompi forums hhtp://www.soompi.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2111 then you look for the drama that you like . If it is there you are lucky , then beside the title it has a number in bracket to let you know which page it is in . You just have to look for that series , I could not find Damo OST anywhere so I am so happy to have it now by dl using soompi forum , they are so good ...
