I just wanted to remind everyone that the MBC miniseries Damo starts Friday, Oct. 15 @ 8pm. However, you'll want to have your TV set to Ch. 28 from about 7:45pm on just to make sure. Damo is only 14 episodes long so you won't want to miss a single episode. Damo is unlike any other historical drama you've ever watched. It feels more like a movie than a Korean drama series. The main characters are played by (the great) Ha Ji Won, Lee Seo Jin (Se Hoon in Phoenix) and Kim Min Joon. I hope everyone will be watching. Trust me.. you won't be disappointed.

Does anyone know if the re-airs on Monday and Tuesday will be shown without commercials; or shown in a longer spot?
I saw somewhere else on the boards that this show was an hour long (at least) w/o commercials. I'm assuming they'll cut the Fri and Sat episodes to fit it into the timeslot w/ commercials, but was hoping to see it as uncut as possible and was wondering if they might do that for the re-airs.

However, you'll want to have your TV set to Ch. 28 from about 7:45pm on just to make sure. I didn't know how right I was going to be. KBC gave the intro for Damo at 7:46pm (that was the time on my vcr) and the episode started about 1-2 min(s). after that. Does anyone know if the re-airs on Monday and Tuesday will be shown without commercials; or shown in a longer spot? We still have to wait and see what happens with episode 2 but, if episode 1 was any indication, you might be better off watching it on Friday's & Saturday's. It's been a while since I've watched this drama but I didn't notice anything that was cut out in episode 1. And if something was cut out, it wasn't anything major because I probably would've noticed it. If they start Damo before 7:50pm, they can air the entire episode without having to cut anything. When they get to the final 2 episodes though, they'll have to allow for more time because those are longer.

Thanks for the info. I actually did miss the first minute or two - turned it on just after 7:45. So I'll record it on Monday to see what's up with the reairing.

I think I spoke too soon. Episode 2 was cut at different points. Nothing really essential to the storyline was cut though. It's still a shame that they cut it though because Damo doesn't really have any filler scenes. Every scene tells/shows you something.
