Has anyone else caught any of the new shows this season? So far I have watched:
Supernatural pretty good first couple of episodes.
Bones (with David Boreanes from Angel/Buffy) gad a good couple of episodes to start with.
Threshold I didn't watch all 2 hours of the series premier. Just didn't get into it.
Surface had a good premier episode.
Invasion had a good start too.
I just don't know how the "alien invasion" shows will hold up for more than a season or 2. Supernatural seems like it may have some staying power.

The second season of Grey's Anatomy starts Sunday-it's a good cast, the dialogue is humorous and moves fast, even if the situations can be hearttugging sometimes (altho the nut who swallowed his girlfriend's car keys so she couldn't leave him was kind of funny). It isn't as intense as ER. And the cast is good to look at. Second season of Numb3rs is starting Fri. at 9. I like seeing Judd Hirsch from Taxi and Independence Day as the dad. The younger brother solves the FBI's problems with math, altho it might as well be magic for all I understand of it. My daughter''s into math, so I keep hoping something will sound familiar. I only saw the second hour of Threshold, the first is on tape, I think. It's interesting enough to watch some more. Invasion, too, but neither is -must see-, yet. Buffy isn't in the schedule anymore, dang, I'll have to watch the DVDs. I'll have to drop in on Smallville to catch James Marsters (Spike from Buffy).

Ginny, how did Grey's Anatomy end last season. I missed both the original season finale and then the re-airing. I could have kicked myself.
I want to watch the new show that Chris Rock came up with. I think I probably already missed the first episode. It looks really funny. Other than that, the only non-korean shows I watch are Gilmore Girls, 20/20, couple of PBS shows and HGTV channel.

GC, what I remember is Meredith telling her secret to her (secret lover) doc, that her famous surgeon doc. mother has Alzheimer's disease and is in an institution. Then his (secret) ex-wife shows up, as a new hire, I think. Sandra Oh's character is pregnant and hasn't told the father, and is deciding whether to keep it. I can't remember now what's new with George, and the Katherine Heigl characters.

Buffy isn't in reruns anymore? Too bad. The series was decent (not like the movie, yuk). Is James Masters supposed to join the Smallvillle cast this season? I didn't notice that. The season premier is this Wed.

I really like Invasion! It looks like it's going to be an awesome show.
I've kept up with the new season of Gilmore Girls. I also like Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy. Lost is awesome too. The OC is exciting.
I haven't kept up with Smallville. I don't plan to get into Supernatural.
But the one show I am waiting for is: ONE TREE HILL!!!! Season 3 begins on October 5th...Wednesday @ 7 PM/C on The WB.

The season premier is this Wed. Alias is in Buffy's timeslot now. I read that James Marsters will play the villain for about 6 episodes, Brainiac or something like that. Hope he has a sense of humor, I liked him when he was being playful and bad.

Wow they are reairing Alias? I had no idea. I was trying to see if I could find info on upcoming guest actors but no luck there. There are tons of Smallville web sites.

It looked like he aged about 5 years even though it's only been like 2 months that they haven't shown the show. I felt bad for Sandra Oh's character, but it seems like she's the one that didn't want to get into a "relationship-y" relationship. Don't tell me Katherine Heigl's character is going to fall for that jerk doctor. He's had one good moment out of a million bad ones.

"Surface" is pretty good, but I was going back and forth from "Gilmore Girls" so I missed some. The teenager is raising a baby creature (in the clothes dryer?). The creatures somehow live in the earth's magma and are coming up, making vents for heat to rise, maybe causing global warming? One character is mourning his brother, eaten by a creature, but is now convince the bro. isn't completely dead and is in fact talking to him, thru a puddle in the parking lot?? The poor wife is trying to maintain some calm. The female lead is a scientist fired by the Govt. (?) conspiracy trying to keep it all quiet. But she won't give up. Guess I'm hooked.

The poor wife is trying to maintain some calm. The female lead is a scientist fired by the Govt. (?) conspiracy trying to keep it all quiet. But she won't give up. Guess I'm hooked. Well he's not raising it in the dryer. He had a little place set up the the playhouse in the back yard with a little kiddy pool and all. There was a storm and lightning struck the playhouse and it caught on fire. The little (I think cute) creature got out and he found it in the dryer. The guy (that lost the brother) actaully did not see his brother "eaten". He was dragged off under water after harpooning one of them and assumed dead. The Doc. was part of a research team and is convinced the government is framing her to discredit all of her finding plus this caused he to lose her job. It's good but seems more like a mini-series. It is rebroadcast on the weekend but I don't remember when.
