I really enjoy KBC's english subtitled dramas. I wanted to see two dramas in particular on this station and I was wondring if the fans request certain shows, does it really make a difference? I really want to see "Loving You" with Park Yong Ha and "Love Story at Harvard" with Kim Rae Won with english subtitles.
Did anyone else want to see these dramaas, or have already?

Regarding Love Story in Harvard, that's an SBS production, so it's unlikely Chicago will see it. I'm not from Chicago, so I can't help on video locations ... sorry!! Melissa

Oh , that's interesting Has anyone ever seen "Love Story at Harvard", and "Loving You"? If so , how were they? Did they use a lot of profanity, or were they clean dramas? Did they have happy endings?

I had high hopes for LSIH but it was a big disappointment. They had a good idea for a drama but they ruined it with bad acting and a weak storyline. It's been a while since I saw Loving You so I barely remember anything about it. The best thing about the drama is probably Lee Yuri's performance as the evil psycho girl.

I read somewhere that LSIH was supposed to be one of the most expensive dramas ever made because they did a lot of their shooting in different locations around the world. Didn't the main guy from Attic Cat star in it?

LSIH was filmed in California and Korea. They used the USC campus for the Harvard scenes. The first 6 episodes are set in the US and the rest of the drama is set in Korea. Didn't the main guy from Attic Cat star in it? Yeah, Kim Rae Won worked in LSIH. He plays a law student (again).

Also, do you know of any place in Chicago where you can rent Korean(english subtitled) dramas? There is a video store on Bryn Mawr and Kedzie that rents out Korean dramas on video. Well it's on Bryn Mawr, so if you hit Bryn Mawr and Kedzie just keep walking down Brywn Mawr towards Spaulding.
