I just though I would let people know that the last ep. of Sangdoo! Let's Go to School aired today and to anybody who might be following the show and might of of missed it can still catch the ending on friday around 1:20 pm.
Sangdoo! Let's Go to school was an outstanding drama and I wish I could of help in subtitling this drama because I really wanted to share this drama with my friends. The drama was great and was not like your average K-drama.
Also the actor who played Cha Sang-doo really did some good acting and I hope to see him in some more dramas.
Did anybody else follow this drama and if so what did you think of it?

I agree that it was different but you have a much higher opinion of this drama than I do. I had already watched this drama before KBC aired and I didn't think it was very good so I was disappointed when I found out that KBC was going to air it. Gong Hyo Jin did a good job, as usual, but I was disappointed with the other actors and the storyline.

Someone has to kinda explain the ending to me because it wasn't subtitled. So what exactly happened? I'm guessing they didn't die and got married and had a kid.

Well, rather like “On the Green Prairie,” the ending was left a little unclear, which leaves the viewers, I guess, having to decide for themselves just how it concluded.
The very end of the final episode had some Korean text scrolling up the screen; it was translated for the L.A. audience. Here’s what it said:
*****
“Don’t be sad or furious, even when life betrays you . . .
“Happiness awaits those who endure life’s sad moments . . .
“We believe love is our only hope in this harsh world . . .
“We thank those who taught us love, who yielded to us . . .
“We love you . . .
“We won’t forget you . . .
“We thank those who allowed us our love . . .
“Sang-doo and Eun-hwan, from a world without despair.”
*****
My interpretation?
Eun-hwan and Sang-doo died in each other’s arms, and they returned together to their high-school days. And, they eventually marry, have a child, and live their lives as they would have lived them, had awful fate not intervened and separated the two of them years earlier.
But, your interpretation is every bit as good as mine!

Damn you KBC for making me miss out on a great drama.
And what's with K-dramas and very open endings?

Mikey, you interpreted the ending the right way. Bi (the actor who played the role of Sang Doo) was asked about the ending of this drama during an interview and he said that Eun-hwan and Sang-doo died.
