I don't understand. Sometimes when I think an important piece of information will be given in the coming weeks-BAM!-we get it the next day or even in the same episode. Now with this whole relationship between girl & ESM they are sure milking it for all it's worth. We knew most of the information, so why are they taking so long?
The only real piece of information was that whole relationship between Jinkook's mom and his stepmom. Maybe I've just been spoiled...

Yes, it's pretty ridiculous. They made us wait 2-1/2 episodes to find out what the brother learned while he was away.
Brother: "I found out the relationship between your husband's deceased mother and your mother-in-law." Jin-kook: "What was the relationship between my deceased mother and that woman?" Hee-soo: "Yes, what have you found out about the relationship between my husband's deceased mother and my mother-in-law?" Brother: "I'll tell you when I see you."
~~~two days later~~~ Hee-soo: "So what have you found out about the relationship between my husband's deceased mother and my mother-in-law?"
Cue cheesy piano outro.
~~~three days later~~~ Hee-soo: "So what have you found out about the relationship between my husband's deceased mother and my mother-in-law?" Brother: blah blah blah they lived in the same house and blah blah blah I don't know what happened but they had a fight people died and blah blah blah. Oh, and Mr. Park was probably the smart little boy who lived in their house."
Lucy: "AAAAaaergh!"
Now, why couldn't he have said that over the phone? Why would he make them wait until he said it in person?
P.S. Does anyone else think that Brother and the mysterious girl he was following are going to fall in love?

I too think that the Brother and the mysterious girl are going to be an item. There is no other logical reason for her to be around otherwise. She gave Eun-soo all the information that she had a while ago.

Oooh, thanks, Luce. I only get to watch this one sporadically, I missed that info altogether.
I like the new girl, I hope she and Eun-soo get together, and I think that's what they intend to happen.

I know! She keeps surreptitiously trying to find out what she does but it's really not working that well. Hee.
I am dying of curiosity too, though, because they haven't seen each other (eun-soo and new chickie) once in the house since she moved in. She knows that he lives there but I don't think that he knows that she's the renter. Intrigue!!

I read some things about Mystery Girl on KBS's English Web site; I won't say what, but it does look like she will figure more in the plot in the coming weeks.
