Does anybody know if this is just an expression that is used in Korea in order to refer to an anonymous person? Like John Doe?
Why does she keep calling him "my Will"? Also, why would she tearly up her literal will (testament) instead of letting him know she would be including him when they get married?

I just found out the answer to this today. The reason why Mi-ran calls him her Will is because when he came to the US he changed his name to William Kang! Hence he's her Will. She also tore up her literal will because she was carrying it around strictly for the reason that she figured that one day she would get tired of being in the wheelchair and kill herself. She tore it up to say that she knew that he loved her and that she trusted I guess the strength of their relationship enough now that she knew that she would never commit suicide.

LOL! Too bad they didn't have a child he could claim 10 years after he left. Or actually they would have, wouldn't they? Maybe they thought it would be too similar to OMR and they left that part out.

I detest those two words! LOL
......."My Will"........ it shows how possessive she is...and in my opinion manupulative. I don't remember what's been shown at this point in Chicago, so I won't go into more....but....as the episodes progress, when you hear "My Will" you will just want to roll your eyes or scream! LOL

So far Miran hasn't gotten on my nerves--so far. The one that just plains make me roll my eyes all the way to the back of my head is Eric (spoiled guy). I know, I know, I sound like a broken record.

I think mznatalia, the reason Miran carried her will around was just in case Sae-hoon decides to leave her, she might commit suicide. But since he said he didn't think much of his ex-wife and that he would stay with her, Miran was confident that Sae-hoon wouldn't leave her.
Galacticchick, Eric bugs the heck out of me too. He is too spoiled. Why does having money always make you think that they can treat people any way they want.
Just my opinion.

I’m not the only one. I can’t exactly pinpoint what it is about him I don’t like, may be his lack of shaving, but it’s also probably his attitude. When he was saying to Se-hoon that he was a free soul and that he didn’t care about money I felt like throwing something at him. Yeah, if I were worth a couple of million, I’d be a free soul too.

I also second galacticchick, that I would be a free spirit if I could freely spend money!

Maybe if we put our millions together galacticchick/mznatalia, we could convice the writers to write us in the show as one of SH secret wives that he has in Jeju Island, Pusan, or whereever else we may think of. That way, we'll all have a piece of those dimples. Oh! well, just wishful thinking. ;D ;D

I'm definitely with all of you on Eric. Yuk! Plus, I just wish he would shave already!!!!!! He keeps popping up at the most inopportune moments, too. Don't Chairmen have to actually work?? (silly me, I guess that's why they make the big bucks!)

I agree about Eric (acting, looks, etc.) but between the two characters - MiRan is more annoying. Eric is annoying, yes, but at least he seems a little more human (his character). Yes, his acting and representation as his character is fair (being generous), but his CHARACTER is more likeable than MiRan. Even with his terrible attitude and spoiled behavior - at this point, I considered him the lesser of two evils. Jung Hye Young is excellent in her acting, but her character, MiRan, leaves much to be desired. Maybe I'm just having flashback's to "To Be With You" (wasn't she a mean younger sister?) and not giving her a fair chance, but I just don't like the character mainly because of the actress. When I saw she was acting in this drama, I just shuddered (remembering, again, TBWY - her character, JaeHee?). Probably why I put an *evil* spin on everything she said/did. Not fair, but it's what I did. But this is just my opinion and was my opinion at this point in the drama. Melissa
