Yang Mi Kyung was sued by her broker, which is also her younger brother.
(to simplified, I will use Y for unni, B for her brother and H for her husband.)
As H said, during the time when B performing as Y's broker, B took all the income from Y. And, now, he even brought a lawsuit against her.In addition, those so call 'contract' did not exist.

H said, it was them who sued B in the first place. The investigation is now available for the public. As the broker, B required 20% of income. He was found something wrong in summer (not sure about the translation). The conflict about the allocation of income was lasted one year and six months. During this period, B took approximately nine hundred million Korean currency. In the afternoon, reporter tried to call B but could not make it.
About tax evasion, B said he got some evidence.
H said, B did not give them the contracts. According to those fake contract, they were not able to declare tax. They should not be responsible for that.

H: B did not have contracts.

H: They are fake. B made them.
Y: They won't appeal until they solve the personality problem.
