She's actually been in both shows. She was opposite of Choi Soo Jung (Dae Jo Young in the series Dae Jo Young) in War of the Roses. And KBS actually went with the title War of the Roses for her role as Soonie, but later changed it to A Rosy Life because it was more fitting.

Hi Jasmine, A Rosy Life & War of the Roses are the same. There was a thread here A Rosy Life /AKA War of the Roses you might want to check it > Boglee (what a name ) said that it was shown over the Prime time TV in the Philippines.

Hi Jasmine , Sorry. . . I made a mistake. War of the Roses & A Rosy Life are two different story. Both shared the same lead actress CHOI Jin Sil and both have roses as title which made us confused. The character in Rosy Life are Choi Jin Sil as Maeng Soonie, Son Hyun Joo (Love Letter, he was the priest & uncle of Andrew) as Ban Sung-moon, Lee Tae Ran (Yellow Hankerchief) as Maeng Youngie Sung Moon's mother - Na Moon Hee ( My Lovely Samsoon) & so on the rest of the characters are different from War of the Roses. Hope this help you. . Let' s move to Rosy thread should you want to discuss more. your friend on board . . Eun

To make things even more confusing, KBS America retitled 'Rosy Life' as 'War of the Roses' when it was presented in the USA.

Let me lay out all the above very confusing information in two simple points (and thanks everyone): 1) "War of the Roses" - MBC 2004 drama starring Choi Jin Shil as an obstetrician who works in a hospital alongside her sister. Lighthearted comedy, according to MBC's spiel: www.mbcpro.co.kr/CC/synopsis/public_html/english/pg/detail.asp?idx=672) "Rosy Life"/"Rose-colored Life" - KBS 2005 drama starring Choi Jin Shil, retitled "War of the Roses" in the USA. It was called that because of the cafe where Soonie would meet her husband, called...wait for it...War of the Roses. LOL. Is that clear enough? I just don't know what the KBS people were thinking when they did that. Two dramas with the same star and the same title? Silly. Bo
