Translation: How many Great Jang-Geum actors are on One million Roses (a show i glanced at this morning ~8:30).
I am 99% sure i saw Lady Choi, being diabolical again (but with a modern hair style!).
i thought i saw Yeun-Seng, can anyone confirm?
Any other historical drama actors present...? (Especially guys without facial hair)?
Thanks...

Oh, JP, you out of the loop, man. Lady Choi is one of the best Korean drama actors out there, she's on everything. We love her. And Sir Oh plays one of the main characters (Mr Suh (no facial hair LOL)), a father of two daughters central to the show; he plays a just, strong, gentle character there, just about opposite in every way to Sir Oh. I don't think Yeun-seng appears, though, she's pretty distinctive. I don't think of these actors in terms of "historical" and "domestic"--both Lady Han and Lady Choi were on the first K-soap I ever saw, "Tender Hearts," and Lady Choi and Big Head Lady were on "Who's My Love" playing main roles, as was Lady Jung. Captain Min was on one I didn't like so much called "Love Letter" (which I believe preceded "Sang-doo"). I can't think of anyone else who appears on OMR (which was, after all, what you were talking about but I'm stalling for doing my taxes).

WHOA! JP, I just found your EXCELLENT website about Korean historical dramas! (I was actually searching for KBC TV's website which, unfortunately, seems to have disappeared.) I look forward to exploring it. Darned taxes. www.jp.paulus.com/king-kor.htmlBo

I didn't start watching OMR until I noticed a couple of the actors from DJG on it, notably the actress who plays the "evil woman" on both series (I think her name is Kyun Mi Ri). Although I must admit her character on DJG is twice as venomous; can't wait for karma to catch up with this character! OMR is a modern-day drama which normally doesn't interest me that much, being a period/historical drama fan. Also, the storyline kinda hits a bit too close to home (yikes!), but that's a whole other story. But if I have to watch one modern drama this season, might as well be this one
