Well, then, I guess Hye-sung is some kind of hyper-potent alpha male in teddy-bear-jammy disguise. But still, remember that the Korean Casanova was half-naked when he had his way with Yu-kyung the first time; now that she sees him in his cuddly fleecy duds every night, I bet it's going to be nothing but sisterly affection all the way. Sisterly?!! Eeuw, euww, euww. ;D ;D ;D

I don't know where your mind is at, Jacques, but by "sisterly" I meant peck on the cheek, go right to sleep sort of thing. (Really! Some people!) My point, like my previous point, being that those PJs will put an end to any babymaking in the Park Hye-sung marriage.

Ok. I have just caught the re-run during my lunch hour and have finally focused on those atrocious, pink guava-colored pjs and the "defendants" (we know who they are) in question rollicking around in bed wearing them. It just dawned on me: you guys are right! They do look like brother and sister!!! Is it some twisted Hansel und Gretel/CareBear fantasy that they are re-enacting (as I think this, I'm eeuww-euwwing myself ;D for even thinking about it). I hope the show's producers are getting kickbacks from the manufacturers of those PJs, coz they were so awful that my taste sensors blocked them out last night, and I had to catch the rerun to focus on these abominable nightwear (frankly I'd rather see Yu-kyung in a teddy as opposed to her teddy-bearesque hubby! ;D).

Y'all forgot the most glaring thing--perfect make-up in bed. I love when the man wakes in the middle of the night and looks over to where his wife is lying with her perfectly coiffed hair and shiny, shiny lipstick and fine eyeliner, not a smear in sight. Also, when people rise from the bed, not a wrinkle on their satiny nightclothes. Bo That one was too obvious, but believe it or not, I actually know a few women who wear a full face of makeup to bed. My sister's mother -in-law has never let her husband see her without make up. They've been married for like 35+ years. YIKES I thougth the jammies were cute too. Did ya'll notice that they all wear matching clothes on the honeymoon & some of them were a bit goofy! but cute. Shiney suit that was he-larry-ous. He could have just angled his body and sent out semifor messages or sent up like a bad suit signal to HR. Couldn't miss him in tha outfit

Random thoughts about soap operas in any language Why does everyone sleep in their clothes-with the lights on? Why is it we hardly ever see charaters in the same outfit twice-even to poorer ones As to the first: I've been wondering about that for years. Re the second: Grandma Son wore the same paisley jacket all the time in YH - before AND after the flash forward. Another one is that even the poorest characters have brand-new, expensive appliances in their kitchens.

Re the second: Grandma Son wore the same paisley jacket all the time in YH - before AND after the flash forward. Hey, I was just thinking about--not Grandma Sohn, she was the wealthy woman, but the Grandma With No Name (Ja-young's)--the other day! I was looking at Soon-young's long skirts and reminded of that Grandma's dumpy outfits that never seemed to match. Keum-ja dresses better than she did, and KJ's in a much worse situation. Also, remember those terrible (though no doubt expensive) dresses My-ryung's mom used to wear? I was highly entertained by her sense of "style" LOL. Bo

The one's that made her look pregnant even before her character was pregnant?
She looked like an overgrown 5 year old! ;D Maybe they dressed her up to match w/her *unique* voice.

Couldn't miss him in tha outfit I finally noticed HK in his "Mr. Vegas" shiny get-up. What was this guy's last job--a croupier at a Seoul casino? ;D Hye Ran, if you're watching, that glitterball suit is as good a reason to dump pretty boy!

Speaking of bad suits, what was up with that suit that MJ was wearing the day he went after his brother at the airport? Were those suede patches at the collar or what? UGH! Hey MJ, stop buying those Russian GQ's. ;D

Hey MJ, stop buying those Russian GQ's. ;D I suppose this was a scene I missed or haven't seen yet, but I assume it's the same jacket he was wearing when he sat with HK after IH broke down the bedroom door. Even with my limited fashion sense (not to be confused with a sense of style, I hope), I found it...oh, heck, the thing's ugly and tacky. He looks like an escapee from Captain Kangaroo's ship galley in that thing. Yu-gin, are you that mad at him? Did you have something to do with the pink-striped Limey shirt? Is he going to appear dressed in a blue sailor dress, next? Bo
