Briefly and in no special order;
HK resigned from Joyland despite MJ's attempts to convince him to stay. MJ informed his father, who said if he leaves he can never come back. Then MJ defied his father by putting HK on an extended leave of absence (sp?) instead of accepting the resignation, stating that as his immediate supervisor it was his call. His dad looked peeved but he didn't contridict MJ.
HK, being the resourceful guy that he is, found some old school chum of HR's and convinced him to give HK the phone numbers of HR's friends. He called each one, asking for any info on HR's whereabouts. He finally struck paydirt and now knows the city HR moved to. He left immediately, heading for that city (which if I recall is about 4 hours away).
We got to see HR several times, always with a tear in her eye. She apparently is a paperboy (person), delivering newspapers to a tall building (19 floors). She seemed to get dizzy at one point but she pushed on. Later we saw her wiping a counter in a restaurant, again holding back the tears. She is a tutor also, the job that YK got for her so I guess we are to assume that she is working every waking minute, probably to keep from dwelling on her situation.
MJ's aunt tried calilng HR's uncle to find out where HR is after asking her boss if it was true that HR left town. He said he didn't know where she was but that she was safe. They obviously still care for each other very much.
Granny called RH. who was glad that HK went to work that day. They don't know that HK resigned yet. Both hope that HK will just move on now. RH thinks that HR accepted money from Mr Oh, since her parents are opening a restaurant and she knows they don't have a dime to their names. Granny doesn't believe that but RH thought telling HK that HR did accept money to break up with him might help him get over her. Granny said he wouldn't believe that anyway although she did wonder where they got the cash.
Mrs Suh asked YK if HR's parents knew that she knew where they got that money from and was bothered when she found out they did. She seems to think they should have called her for some reason.
The Park's restaurant is almost ready to open and they seem excited and happy. YK wants them to hire help and HR's mom was pleased that she was now in a position to hire someone instead of being the one that's hired.
I can't remember anything else right now but if I missed anything important I know someone will fill in the blanks. In the previews we saw RH walking into the Park's new restaurant so I guess she is going to find out for herself where they got the money from (don't ask me why that is any of her business). Hope this helps and sorry if I skipped any parts.

absence (sp?)... Granny called RH. ... "A" for spelling. Just one of my random thoughts--I know every time I see "RH" I'm supposed to think "Rainbow Hag," but what I actually think is "Royal Heinie." As in, "Don't argue with me, brat, just move your royal heinie." What can I say--I grew up in Wisconsin. Bo

LOL Bo, that works too.
I did remember one other thing about last night's episode. It ended with Mr Suh and Mr Oh meeting for dinner at a restaurant. Mr Suh says he invited someone else because he feels the two should meet face to face. Mr Oh realizes who he means and gets up to leave. At that exact moment the door to the private room opens and HR's father walks in. Both men stare at each other in shock and that's how it ended.
