Hi, I always tape the morning broadcast, which of course is the repeat of the night before. So Friday morning, the show apparently started a little late and my tape ran out a couple of minutes before the end. Can anyone fill me in on the last few minutes of Thursday night's episode? The last think I remember is that Hye-ran learned that Hyun-kyu's proposal for the parade had been rejected (did it ever really make it to the meeting, or did MJ keep it back from consideration? It wasn't clear to me). Also, I remember that it appeared that the architect boss-lady had a kind of love-struck vision of her devoted employee. (I can never remember their names--I mean, of course, Yu-jin's sister and Hye-ran's brother.)
Thanks!

The last couple of scenes:
Hyun-kyu is at a record store. As he is listening to a CD,he remembers Kum-ja leaving the Oh house hurridly. He gets a text message from Hye-ran, and they briefly talk on the phone. He says he can't talk, because he is waiting for someone.
We then see Hyun-kyu in a resaurant with Kum-ja. She asks if he was to see her working at the Suh house, and he assures her that it's OK. She then tells him Hye-ran can never marry him, so break up with her. Hyun-kyu looks stunned.
The bit where Hye-sung looks positively radiant to Yu-kyong was hilarious! Do like I do: keep a reference card of the characters by your computer, to help remember their names when you post here. I can never remember if Min-jae's mother' name is Sun-young or Sun-ok without it.

Thanks, Soju! I missed that all-important scene between HK and Kum-ja.
And, A-ha! A reference card. So that's how you seem so on top of the names!
I think the idea of Hye-sung as a romantic ideal is hilarious. I mean, he definitely appeals to me, but he is so funny, it's hard to think of him as inspiring "visions" in a woman.
