Just a reminder upfront that episode 28 is actually the one marked 27 in the YouTube list. 27 is missing and the remaining seven episodes are all mis-marked by 1.

This was a MUCH better episode than several of the most recent ones. The pace was still slow, but there were important things happening so there was plenty of content. Lots of coughing, but no blood, Yeongjo’s good, we know that much. And yeah we can see he’s good, he’s barely conscious again and he’s taking shots at his son. How sad for Sado. “I believe my miraculous recovery is thanks to good medicine and the great care of everyone.” And he awards the royal pharmacist a horse? No doctors get executed? Gee this is sure odd! It was so sad to see Sado with his kids, putting on a brave face and being classy about being replaced, and talking about the need for family unity. Good scene. The wedding scenes were nicely filmed. Dang she’s like 15 or 16 and she has to marry a senior citizen. Yecch. (click for full size) That was funny, and wow she sure is. All of the palace politics around the new queen, that was interesting, how everybody reacted to it all. “They pretend to serve and respect me, but it seems that they take me lightly.” Hey she may be a smart one. “I’m going to give someone a lesson. I’ll show them who’s boss.” Wow she’s going to fit right in there with all of the other schemers. So apparently Sado’s mistress wore something symbolic that she shouldn’t have worn, is that it? Just briefly she wore it, but somebody spotted something? it would have been nice to get a better explanation of all that. It certainly was important enough. OK and now we’re starting to get to the disturbed Sado. This is core of the later story so it’s about time we get to it. Finally. And a well-done ending. Some of the previous episodes have felt almost like chores in places, trying to slog through watching them. This one had a lot of good stuff in it and the content matched the pace so it didn’t feel boring at all. Hope it keeps up this way.

I think Queen Jeongsun's talking about the blue dangui Im Yangje's wearing, but even after searching up I don't know what's going on here. My best guess is that by rank Lady Im is still a Special Court Lady or something but got awarded clothes befitting of a higher rank. She did get the rank of Yangje (highest-ranked Crown Prince's concubine) soon after the birth of her second child.

Thanks for trying, I appreciate it. Her line was "It was given to me to wear when I became of higher standing later on" but it was never identified what that was. She did say she was the mother of two princes so apparently she was anticipating something that was about to happen and just jumped the gun a bit.

She did say she was the mother of two princes so apparently she was anticipating something that was about to happen and just jumped the gun a bit. This prompted me to listen to the lines in Korean and I got the exact meaning! "The exact line:
소인 두 왕손의 어미자보니, 훗날 빈이나 귀인이 될게 아니냐며 그때 입으라 선물로 받을 것이옵니다. "As the mother of two Royal descendants, I got this as a gift in case I became a Bin or Gwi In later on."
Both ranks are only attainable as a King's concubine, so "Higher standing" most likely refers to her getting a high concubine rank should Sado take the Throne later on.

That would make perfect sense, thanks for following up.
It may be that something was edited out by Arirang--they tend to be overly aggressive about their editing. So it's not clear who's at fault. But yeah somebody messed up a bit.
