The list makes it look like the final episode isn't there, but in fact it's episode 27 that's missing, and 28-34 are all mis-numbered too low by 1. All of the episodes are also on Dramacool including 27, so you'll have to put up with the Dramacool pop-ups to see 27.

This recording of the series came from it being aired on the Arirang tourism/culture network. So it has Arirang subtitles.
