Just an FYI, I saw the post above by MTR regarding KBS world yesterday (Sunday, 1/23) and I managed to catch it here in LA about 15 mins before the end. Judging by the reviews here, I think I saw episode 4, so I'm not sure when eps 1 & 2 aired. Our cable system still lists the time slot as "Return of Superman" in the Program Guide, so who knows? It was fun to see so many familiar faces again! One thing left me thunderstruck, and forgive me if this has been mentioned and I just missed it: But isn't the actor playing Yi Songyee the same man who portrayed King Tajeo (Bangwon) in both Great King Sejong (BEST TV DRAMA IN HISTORY) & Jang Young-sil??? I nearly fell off my sofa when I saw him! Steve that was episode 3 that aired last Sunday .KBS World do not make it easy to watch these . Episodes 2 and 3 will repeat on Sat morning at 10:30am and eps 4 and 5 air Sat and Sun at 9:30 (ish )pm . I really hope KBS do not cancel this . That Snowdrop survived various attempts to cancel it and made it to the end .

If you could lift me out of my cluelessness, what is the sageuk Naver cafΓ©? As best as I can tell it's sort of a Korean version of this kind of forum for fans of historicals. Is that correct? Not having much luck translating pages for this. There's a Wikipedia page for Naver...sounds like it's South Korea's answer to Google and it also hosts a Korean equivalent of ProBoards. Anyway, wish there was something that English speakers could do on this, I sure would help...but only after KBS announces their plans to prevent such a horrible thing from ever happening again. That's correct, it is a Korean version of this forum for historicals, hosted on Naver, the Korean Google. This particular sageuk cafe is really popular and seems to be the biggest one for sageuk on Naver.

MTR, in the episode I saw on Sunday night, I saw these scenes: - Bangwon & Bang Wa (one of my fave actors, BTW) were riding into town and Wa asked Won if he "did it" to the 10-year old child (everyone in the city was talking about the 10-year old child).
- LSG had just decided to leave town, much to the families distress
- Bangwon was sitting at the outdoor cafe hearing people bad-mouth LSG
- Bangown & Bang-ui (?) blocking LSG's exit outside of the capital
gates swearing to never fight among themselves again (ending scene)
I'm assuming that was episode 4, based on the reviews here? Here in LA, we only get KBS World in Primetime (the channel has various other programming, including Japanese Dramas in the other time slots), about 7pm to 11pm. So I can't see any reruns during the day.

MTR, I only have basic cable, there are a LOT of foreign language stations on Spectrum here, which I don't get. Of the local "over-the-air" stations Spectrum carries, KTVA is our KBS outlet in prime time. They have a small window of Japanese subbed dramas from about 7-8pm I think, just before they switch to KBS America's feed. The current Japanese drama is a hospital-based show, which I was not interested in. Before that was an excellent one about the birth of the Post-WW2 Japanese domestic airline industry as seen thru the eyes of a young stewardess who dreamt of being a pilot.

Wouldn't they be preempted this week by the Olympics anyway?

The bigger question is, have they resumed production and if not, will they. If they're still committed to producing the rest of the episodes then presumably they'll air them.
p.s. Should have Googled first...production has been halted and there's no word yet on a return date. Apparently they're reviewing procedures, which is what they need to do. Let's just hope that the full cast is still available when they get things back in order.
p.p.s. One thing that you can guarantee they will be doing if the series resumes is reshooting the fall sequence to replace the controversial fall. There's no way they can leave that in there if they ever hope to rebroadcast or DVD the series.
