What are your most favorite Dae Jang Geum ships?

Here are my most favorite Dae Jang Geum ships, canon and non-canon:

Jang Geum x Min Jung Ho: My ultimate OTP of the series, their relationship is so subtle yet so beautiful. I fell in love with this ship so much since the first time I watch Dae Jang Geum as a 11-12 years old girl and I still love this ship until now. Jang Geum x Geum Young: Call me crazy for shipping them, although I am not a big fan of lesbian ship but I think this ship is interesting.

Jang Geum x Young Saeng: Another crazy ship, when I see the scene where Young Saeng accidentally hit Jang Geum's chest, I suddenly came up with the idea of shipping them. Plus, Young Saeng over-affectionate behavior towards Jang Geum sometimes makes me think that she might have a crush on Jang Geum.

Jang Deok x Dr. Joon Won Baek: Not really canon but I like this ship. The reason why I like this ship is because I find the interaction between them to be amusing when I watched few Jeju island arc episodes, Jang Deok and Dr. Joon are aloof with each other yet they are still affectionate with each another. I would imagine them as a slap-slap-kiss type of couple if I write any fanfictions about them.

Yeoul Yee x Dr. Jung Young Saek: Not really canon but I like this ship too. This ship is one of my favorite villain ships. The reason why I like this ship is because they are equally twisted. Plus, I sense there are few subtexts showed that Dr. Jung might have a crush on Yeoul Yee, considering how many times he defended Yeoul Yee's twisted actions.

Choi Pan Sul x Minister Oh: This ship is crazy, although I am not a big fan of gay ship yet I like it. I ship them because I think they would make an interesting criminal pair.

Lady Choi x Lady Park: Interesting pair, I think there would be some dynamism between them.

Young Saeng x King Jung Jong: Kind of adorable, especially on the king's side.

Jang Duk Gu x Jang Geum's foster mother (forgot her name): Hillarious ship

Lady Han x Lady Choi: Foe yay ship I know, but I find this ship to be quite interesting. I would imagine them as a love-hate type of couple.

Welcome tiff! Glad you joined us. It's always nice to find someone else who watches historical dramas.

I haven't watched this one yet, and it first ran before I joined the forum...but wow was it ever popular here. People absolutely loved it. Have you finished watching it? If you have, let us know what you think of it. Obviously you've thought through the characters very carefully to come up with all those combinations!

Min Jung-Ho and Jang Geum of course "D Love the chemistry between the actors they played their roles so well each deserve an oscar the love between the characters is so pure and beautiful I have never watched anything like that before my OTP of all time

This was my all time favorite Korean drama-- it was the one that got me hooked on watching k-dramas! Back then I was able to watch this on a on-air channel on Saturday evenings and Saturday could not come fast enough for me....
I don't really remember details about the ships, but the scenery, the costumes, the food, the acting was just amazing!
ajk-- I think you should take the time to watch this. It is not a typical hystorical drama, with battles, and goverment officals all fighting for contol-- but as far as Korean history, it is wonderful.

I don't know bird...I understand the thing is highly, highly fictionalized and those aren't really my cup of tea. But yes at some point I may check it out just out of curiosity over its popularity. People really went bonkers over it.
