DRAMA FEVER IS DOWN - the screen says it's for maintenance and will be back up shortly - That was yesterday and Just checked again today and it's still down. Anyone else having that same problem? I have to ask because my computer is so unreliable lately . Thanks if anyone knows what is going on with DR ...

You're not the only one having this issue if that's any comfort.

As of right now--4:45 p.m. Chicago time--it's back up and running normally. And at least for QSD, now it's displaying much better in widescreen.

DF isn't down but I'm having issues with it. Videos won't play in IE, Firefox or Chrome. I can only get videos to play in Opera.
Anyone else having a similar problem?

I just ran TWTWB Ep9 this evening and it worked fine.
I will say, I've had problems other nights with interrupted feeds. The ever-annoying serial buffering.

I figured out what my DF problem was. It's the adblocker I use. I have adblocking enabled in each browser. I disabled it temporarily in IE, Firefox & Chrome and the videos played fine. Because videos play fine on other sites like Viki & Youtube, even with adblocking enabled, it didn't occur to me that the adblocker might be the problem. Not sure why I don't have the same problem with DF in Opera. I have adblocking enabled in Opera and the videos play just fine.

I have only 2 browsers on my MacBook, Firefox and Safari, but I only use Firefox. Do you like Chrome? I never heard of Opera. Are they good for different things? Does having all those browsers take up much space on your harddrive? (Oops, I'm off topic again.)

The most popular (or well known/used) web browsers are IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera & Safari. Some sites will display better in specific browsers. I have IE, Firefox, Chrome & Opera on my comp. I've only used the Mac version of Safari a few times but do know there's a Windows version too. There are Mac versions of Firefox, Chrome and Opera. It doesn't hurt to have multiple browsers installed. They don't take much space. My favorite would be Firefox, followed by Chrome and Opera.

Chrome is okay, but it seems to get tangled up in itself. It's my understanding that every time you open a new window or tab in Chrome, it's like opening the browser all over again. If that makes sense. So instead of having Chrome running, you have Chrome, Chrome1, Chrome2, Chrome3...and so forth.
That said, and it's probably in error, I use all of the browsers Knov1 lists on the various machines to which I have access. I agree, it's not a bad idea to have several on each computer, as sometimes a problem can be resolved just by using a different browser.

If that makes sense. So instead of having Chrome running, you have Chrome, Chrome1, Chrome2, Chrome3...and so forth. My understanding is, Chrome handles tabs or windows separately so it doesn't crash the entire browser. Let's say, you have multiple tabs open in Chrome. If one crashes, it's only supposed to affect that particular tab and not the rest of what you have open.
