Young-joon goes back to Chuncheon. He parks his car to call Jae-young - right by a shop Jae-young is in! As she exits the shop, he is on the phone, saying "I'm looking all over. I keep thinking I'll run into you, but I never see you."
All the while, we see JY getting farther away through the rear window. I yelled at JY, "Look in the rear-view mirror!", but, even when he rolled his eyes in frustration, he didn't look in the mirror.
I can't believe this scene was cut out!
This was followed by two scenes with Na-young and Ki-hoon. First, they're studying in the library, but NY is nodding off. So they go to the swimming pool, where KH playfully pushes her. She complains, as she evidently can't swim. So KH starts teaching her, beginning with leg kicks, again playfully dunking her.

I had a feeling a near-miss-sighting of JY scene was left out Tue. night...it was in the previews Mon. night, and then again in last night's previews, at the very end, when they end on a scene from the same ep. just aired. But we never saw the scene last night. I agree it's a strange one to keep out...great dramatic significance! Also, they seem to be starting the morning ep. a little earlier than they used to. I usually record over the tape of the previous evening's ep. so that I keep the ep. w/o commercials, and that also might be more complete than the earlier version. I set the VCR to begin recording at 8:26 am because this is when the show preceeding YH usually signs off...and usually they go right into YH (whereas in the evening, there's usually 3 commercials before the action starts). But a couple of times recently, 8:26 wasn't early enough...I missed the first minute or so of the ep. That's what happened this morning. I'm going to have to start recording it earlier...like a couple of mins. or so. It's probably that they're trying to squeeze a little more into the morning episodes (as well as sometimes in the evening, as someone else here noted a few days ago). So that's a good thing. It's just that it makes it difficult to know how early to set the start time for. Unfortunately, 8-9 am, M-F is a very busy time in my home...everybody getting up and out the door. I can't watch in live time to supervise when to begin recording. I have to rely on automatic programming. Last night's ep. was another wrenching tear-jerker. Young-joon really had me reduced to tears a couple of times. His message to JY about wandering the lonely, unfamiliar streets of Choon-cheon and being ready to break down in tears there was almost too much to bear...as were JY's heartbroken tears at the end of playing back the message. YJ's tearful pleading scenes to Grandma Wey were also wrenchers. The YH people are really pulling out all the stops on going for waterworks. But I have some advice to JY: change your cell phone number or switch services. What's the point of getting these messages? Advice also to YJ: stop seeing or talking to Hyun-ji. If she calls or comes by, refuse to see or talk to her. I didn't blame him for saying he felt ready to bop her one...I've felt that way about her for 6 weeks now, and think he's shown remarkable restraint. But he's still too polite. He doesn't need to give her audience every time she demands one. He's really not doing them any favors by listening to her and agreeing to sit down w/ her. These two cannot remain friends. The best thing all around would be to break off all contact and reject any efforts on her part to talk to or meet w/ him. This parasite crossed over the line to stalker many episodes ago...the only way to handle a stalker is strict avoidance. You can't give people like this even the time of day...all it does is encourage them. I couldn't believe how the ep. ended...poor YJ is so half-out-of-his-mind w/ heartache over JY, added to all the booze his brain must have been soaked in last night, he hallucinated that Hyun-ji, who gained access to his apartment somehow (see! stalker!), was JY. And from the looks of the previews, it's possible she stayed there w/ him all night. Watch out YJ! You may end up like Tae-young...forced into a marriage for something you didn't do. Jade Eyes

I had been thinking that the missing scenes always happen during the evening comercial break, so I've been being extra observant around 8:45. This morning's restored scenes occurred rather early, though. However, since I didn't turn on the TV until a few minutes after 8:30, the show may have started earlier.
Checking the tape of yesterday's show seem to show the comercial break occurring early, too (at least if the arithmetic I did with the footage counter was accurate), and sure enough, that's where the missing scenes would have been - between a lonely Woon-kyu eating dinner, and Tae-young showing his Grandma his new office.

Well they did it again!
Three more important scenes that were left out of last night's ep. (7-23) were placed back in this morning's broadcast...and it looks as though they pushed the start time back even earlier. I set the VCR to begin recording at 8:24 (and my TV clock is accurate) and the first few minutes of the ep. were shaved off. Which means it must've started at liike 8:20 or so.
I should check their scheduling info. to see if they've indicated a revision in YH's morning start time.
I knew there had to be at least one important scene cut out last night. Min-joo reported to her family that Sang-min had agreed to sign the divorce papers. I didn't see why she would make that up, so I concluded it was from a scene after the unpleasant encounter w/ her father-in-law that was chopped out. Sure enough, it was. After Min-joo leaves the cafeteria, Sang-min and his dad talk for a minute. Sang-min isn't happy that his father flamed hostilies w/ Min-joo, and the warmth between them a few mins. earlier is gone. He cancels the trip w/ him up Mont Blanc, advises Woon-kyu to return home and says he has to get back to work.
Then he has a scene on the terrace w/ Min-joo in which he acquiesces to her demand for a divorce. He agrees to sign the papers. I think this is a critical scene, and a poor choice for cutting out. I'm just glad they restored it.
But between that scene and the one in the cafeteria, there is another missing scene. Back at the pool, where Ki-hoon is teaching Na-young to swim, two bikin-clad hotties waltz by the poolside. Na-young is busy practiciing her kicks, and doesn't notice at first that Ki-hoon has caught sight of these pool goers and is following them very intently w/ his eyes. She looks up finally and sees where he's looking, then hits him on the head sharply w/ her flotation board. She accuses him of being a pervert for staring and drooling at the girls in bikinis. He denies he was doing this, but Na-young is so charged up, she leaves the pool in a huff. Next we see her dashing out of the gym dressed again, Ki-hoon running after her. He tries to persuade her he wasn't really staring at the other girls the way she thinks he was, but she won't listen. She tells him to stop seeing her, and he looks really hurt...but then says w/ wounded pride, "Fine then! I won't see you anymore!" She looks hurt too, but also says, "Fine!" and storms off. Ki-hoon looks after her, a mix of hurt and fury in his face.
I'm so glad we got to see these scenes today. They're important to two plots and we needed to see them. Thanks kbc28 for putting them back in this morning at least!
One other thing about the 7-23 ep. (#86): interesting scene of Min-joo admonishing Sang-min's replacement as Director over some error he'd made. Quite obvious that SM's replacement isn't up to the task of his new job. Once again, Min-joo seems to have cut off her nose to spite her own face. Woon-kyu really has her number when he paints MJ as someone w/ a frightening temper who acts impulsively and irrationally to suit her temper tantrums.
Looks like Sang-min is seriously injured in a construction site accident. Wonder if this will be enough to snap MJ out of her mission for revenge and make her realize how precious the people we may take for granted can be.
