Missing scene ep. 72 (aired in Chicago Thurs. night)
(I am moderately sure of most of the general sense of most of this, but there are a few words that I just couldn't translate. I hope they weren't of particular importance....)
(This is from the screenplay - I haven't checked to see how closely the soompi video matches all this)
(This is after Sang-Min's flashbacks to his evil deeds)
(Morning. Woon-Kyu's apartment. Woon-Kyu is holding a sock and is going through a pile of socks looking for a mate. Having no luck, he calls to Ki-Hoon, who is washing up:) Ki-Hoon! Bring me my other sock..
KH: No.. I don't have it, why should I get it?
WK: When you were doing the laundry our laundry got mixed up, so go and find it..
KH: I don't have it, so why should I?
WK: You should look for it, because do socks walk off by themselves? Find it quickly..
KH: Really, sir... If you would go and look in your own room..
WK: Kid, you have a lot of nerve (??), go find it, come on.. am I a criminal? Do we need a house search?
KH: You should look for it yourself first..
WK: I shouldn't have to look for it, you mixed up the clothes when you did the laundry.
KH: I didn't do the laundry.
WK: You didn't?
KH: No, it should be in your own laundry..
WK: Kid, we're wasting words here.. (??) the point is, is where has it gotten to.. so I can put it on so I can go out..
KH: (goes out on the veranda)
WK: Dealing with other people in the household is a complex business (hassle?) (?? ??)
KH: (coming back, holding a sock) Is this it?
WK: That's it - where was it?
KH: On the veranda.. fallen on the floor, I suppose it would have been tedious for you to bend down and look for it yourself (??)..
WK: How could I have dropped it?
KH: Sir-- should I move out? Would you prefer it if I moved out?
WK: What are you shouting about?
KH: Since having other people going and coming seems to be such a hassle, I could just leave..
WK: Are you in a bad mood? Kid.. small-minded?
KH: Huh?? Sir - small-minded? That's an unpleasant word.. Na-Young always -
WK: Na-Young? You actually do have a girlfriend? [Note: I now think that WK's line in the other missing scene meant something like "you're making it up, I couldn't find one myself at your age, so don't try to tell me you have one"]
KH: You think I couldn't ever find a girlfriend?
WK: Then are you going to go out shouting like this? Aren't I in a bad mood myself.. so you should be nice to me... After you take the employment exams in fall, we'll see if my daughter-in-law knows someone you could talk to, eh?
KH: So I could be a salaryman?
WK: Kid..
KH: (laughs)
