Even with all of the interesting plot lines so far in the series, I just have to say that the cliffhanger at the end of #27 just blew me away. Not only because it kind of sums up so much of what the prince has been through so far in his life, but also because we don't (or at least I don't) have a clue about what's going to happen. Does he follow through or not?
So much of his experience being a prince has been this tension between his too-naive idealism and the too-ugly reality of politics and governing, going all the way back to his childhood. And even in #27, there was the great back-and-forth between Yun Hwe (the politician: you need to do this) and Yi Su (the scholar: hold to your ideals), and also the argument among the ministers (a prince shouldn't be executing people vs. it's just a slap on the wrist).
And now it all comes to a head. (No pun intended!) Personally, I know what I WANT to see him do, but I just can't figure out what he's actually going to do. I hope the answer is worthy of the build-up.

Ah well at least you get to see the continuation tonight - the way they showed it out here in Los Angeles, at least we saw #27 on Saturday night and the continuation came up on Sunday night. I think you will be satisfied; I was.
