The almighty Yi Ui Min had perish with the collaboration of General Choi and General Du. After his death, Choi Choong Hon took the Archfiend’s head, while Master Duduel took the body, and publicly showcased it in the street to prove the annihilation of Yi Ui Min. However, the Archfiend’s family was not informed of the current situation until word spread out to Ji Soon and 3rd son that their father head was being protected in the streets. Ji-soon rallied up the rest of the Imperial army and the Central Committee to take care of Choi. They planned out an attack but were ambushed by Choi and his men. Ji-soon retreated and caught up with his younger brother. They both went into hiding after the slaughter.
General Du-kyung enlisted General Choi sons
into the military and praised them that they were like their father. The second son of the archfiend (The big idiot) was killed playing "Got Ya" with Jaoosun. The two sons of choi played swordplay with his body. After seeing their father and brother heads in the streets, Ji Soon and his younger brother decided to surrender only if their father and brother were given proper burials. General Choi acknowledge their loyalty and courage then ordered their execution. The Archfiend’s first wife became mentally unstable when she saw the death of her sons and husband and wandered the streets. Master Duduel burned the remains of the Archfiend body while Bu-Young jumped unto the flames to die with her destined partner.
NEW REIGN-CHOI CHOONG HON STYLE
Now that Choi Choong Hon threat have been eliminated, Choi begun to focus more on the reformation of the Central Committee. He ordered the execution of all the members of the central committee who were involved with Yi Ui Min. But after the Archfiend death, Emperor Myong Jong gave a higher rank to General Du instead of the two brothers of Woobang. Choi Choong Hon was annoyed at the insult but thought little of it. Choi Choong Su, however, demanded some respect and decided to plan the dethronement of the emperor. Choi Choong Hon reluctantly took to the idea of replacing the emperor. But after witnessing the emperor brother, Shinjong, showing sign of leadership, the Choi clan decided that Myong-Jong had to go. Thus, Myong-Jong was ordered to leave the seat for the safety of the people and exiled to a remote island. After hearing the dismissal, General Du left his post and went with the emperor he served loyally.
With the sudden and swift removal of Myong Jong, Choi Choong Hon and his brother installed Shinjong as the new emperor. Shinjong was, unfortunately, not suited for the role of emperor. He constantly waited for Choi Choong’s approval of state affairs and knew nothing about the current state of the army or the central committee. Shinjong way of ruling was not what Choi Choong had in mind and began searching for another. Meanwhile, Choi Choong Su men have began brainwashing Choong Su on gaining more power than his brother. Choong Su decided that he will marry his daughter off to the crown prince, Huijong, to become part of the imperial family and remove the existing princess.
Hearing this plan, Choong Hon blasts his brother for attempting such a thing. Choong Su realizes his faults and cancel the wedding. Crown prince, Huijong, managed to learn that the two brothers were not at ease with each other and planned a device to ignite the situation. He forged a letter by the emperor claiming that he wanted Choong Su to be in the imperial family. But since the wedding was cancelled their alliance can never be. Excited by the letter, Choong Su proclaimed that the wedding was still on.
Hearing this news, Choi Choong visited his advisors and came to the conclusion that Choong Su must be eliminated for the safety of his goals. Choong Hon stormed out to intercept the carriage and cancel the wedding himself. Both brothers, with their group, began a fight with Choong Su group being on the run. Choong Hon group spotted Choong Su and a huge battle formed along the river. Understanding that he was going to lost the battle, Choong Su sacrificed himself to his nephew to kill him. After the battle, Jinjae brought the head back to Choong Hon, where he mourned his brother’s death.
